Delicious beer brewed on site. Friendly staff. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Five stars in all ways.
Really enjoyed it here. The beers were pretty good and the experience with all the arcade games was so fun. Be aware some of the pinball machines need some TLC but we still had a great time!
Great Atmosphere 👍
Great place and the food is really good. The Smoked Maple and Habanero wings were awesome.
Ordered two beers priced at an already steep $8 a piece. Paid with a $20. Got $2 in change. Can you say tourist trap?
Food was good, beer was good. The pinball machines are all seriously neglected and should just be removed rather than stealing dollars from people with broken games, stuck balls, playfields that have never been cleaned. Whoever operates these pinball machines should be ashamed of themselves. Oh also not one code has been updated or insider connected.
Got the odb to go & an order of fries, loved them both, will definitely be back.
Only downfall was you have to order either in person or through doordash, which I don't use, and the guy on the phone when I called to ask about how to order, since it doesn't say on the website, was not friendly in the least.
Rotating menu of beer with tons of seating, a variety of events, several food options, and a whole lot of arcade games. We loved the pinball machines. I liked my hazy ipa and my husband liked the dark lager enough to go home with a 6 pack.
Cool modern spot hidden among the colonial shops. Tacos, burgers, and beer. Pretty hectic in here on Friday night but it was a nice stop. 18+ after 9pm and comedy night on friday. Check it out.
Great beer and lots of fun things to do.
Restaurantji Recommends
Fun place to play some pinball machines / arcade games and kick back with friends. Would not necessarily go for the beers, as we didn't particularly find one that we really liked. Good location near other restaurants and Colonial Williamsburg.
Precarious Beer Project is always a great spot, but Kelly made our visit truly exceptional! She was friendly, attentive, and gave us awesome beer recommendations. Her service was top-notch from start to finish. Highly recommend stopping by
Service was exceptional on the extra busy 4th of July holiday. Beer was great for the beer drinkers in the crowd. Atmosphere was perfect for kids with countless arcade games and good music. And the Electric Circus taco crew nailed the Celiac-level gluten free service for our dinner order. Dedicated gluten free fryer for chips and chicharonnes! Everyone is full and happy!
There are several solid brewery options in the Berg, each with its own character and strengths. I certainly enjoy Precarious' great selection of quality brews, but what really sets these guys apart is the arcade atmosphere making it a great place to bring the whole family as well as the ability to get quality food from either (my preferred) taco stand or burger bar.
Precarious Beer Project was a fun and interesting spot to check out. We tried the tacos, but they didn’t quite hit the mark for us. The vibe felt more geared toward adults and older kids—my oldest enjoyed it, but it definitely wasn’t the most young kid-friendly environment. The seating was a bit tricky our 3-year-old fell off the bench seat, and we couldn’t find a high chair for our youngest. Even the sofas weren’t the most practical for little ones. It’s probably a better fit for adults or families with older kids.
