My daughter had ramen, and said it’s the absolute best she’s ever had. I ordered a few appetizers for my meal- the dumplings, shrimp shumai, and Charlie bao were all amazing. I had a sushi roll, which wasn’t as good as the rest of our meal, but was still enjoyable.

Chicken Ramen bowl, broth was good but chicken was fried to a crisp. I've had much better soup at other places.

I ordered two rolls. California and shrimp tempura. The avocado in both rolls were so brown, I couldn’t consciously eat it. The price of food today, this is a double smack to my wallet. Please do better!

I would rate the food but I never got it, I ordered delivery on their website and they said it would get here at 6:37 pm and its been an hour now after that time. Hopefully its not cold when it gets here eventually.

I went in to get shrimp tempura and a cucumber roll. There are two shrimp tempura items (roll and appetizer). I got the roll instead of the appetizer, no big deal, but I need a bit more calories than just veggies. I go in to get my correct order and the person who took my order comes out. Keep in mind I spent a good bit on my order, so I wanted it correct. I told staff what happened and they basically laughed at me saying it was on me? I didn't really understand. They kept saying that it was my job to clarify the difference when I didn't say roll, nor was I asked to clarify. To their credit, I didn't check the receipt and if they said they couldn't change it as I didn't check it, I'd understand truly! They kept saying I didn't say shrimp tempura, but I assured them I did. I'm upset due to this not being explained + feeling degraded for not checking. They tried to charge me again (this time for the appetizer), but I didn't want to wait longer. They have good food and the service is usually phenononal, but I don't appreciate being looked down on. I'm on the spectrum, so ordering food is already kind of scary as is without feeling put down. I was nice and explained the situation three times before leaving, never raised my voice, nor acted entitled. I've worked food industry for a while and now do social work, so I get being treated poorly by client's. Being laughed at is new to this location and may have just been one staff, but I don't think I'll be coming back sadly. Not as a protest, just cause it'll be awkward.

My son had a soccer tournament this weekend and we wanted to try Ramen time and it didn’t disappoint. Their Ramen was very delicious and filled and their Takoyaki was amazing. If you’re in the area stop for a bite for sure!

Vegan veggie ramen. Spring rolls, age tofu, sesame ballz, couple of rolls. Not an area renowned for vegan choices so this was a spot I found from other reviews. Nice friendly staff. Did notice a small couple of brown ants walked in on the table, I don't find it crazy but not able only. Wasn't exactly a steam of em at a picnics. Nature what can I say. Portion of Ramen was generous. Taste was good. Sesame balls fresh and hot was worth it. It's nice overall feel too. So good experience and satisfaction. Side note area has some sorta restaurant VAT aka sales tax against tourists. The POS point of sale calculates your tip % off total, kinda jumps at me. This is a trend across many places lately btw. Your call if you want to manually recalibrate it or not just pay attention in Williamsburg VA.
The food was way too expensive for the fact that it was just poorly fried food. The squid was fried in sloppy batter even worse was the sushi roll I had was premium and smothered in this batter and fried just the same.
Staff were polite, but for the $$ it’s ridiculous better off anywhere else unless they the only place open.

I HATE ramen because it’s always too “porky” this ramen is hands down the best ramen I’ve ever tasted . Everything here was delicious ! I also got fried rice and the old town roll… CHEFS KISS.

My family and I have tried A LOT of Ramen joints in and around Hampton Roads... Ramen Time by far blows most of the competition out of the water. The Ramen is top notch, the sushi is great, the service is outstanding, and the overall vibe of the restaurant is awesome. We will be back soon!

The food was good but I did not appreciate the language switch and stare the entire wait time for my food... the stares made me feel like the conversation was about me. Definitely will not return
