No reception...waited over 10min to greeted and that was after I ask the bar tender if it was self seating. Then, an additional 5 min. For someone to take us to a table. There were only 6 tables occupied, so I was not sure what the issue was. Once we were seated everything was fine.

Me and my daughter went to red lobster in Williamsburg Virginia. We had a server name Xavier. He was great and I told him he was a great server because I am a server and we need more people like him

Sooo, the crab fries had no seasoning. I requested some and it still sucked. They refunded me. However, I went for the crab Alfredo, got it to go, ate some later on at my hotel room and was so disappointed. They forgot to add the Parmessan and butter. It was cream and noodles. Disgusting. And I look forward to coming here when I come to Va.
