We go to Williamsburg every few years from Buffalo. We went this August and went to Rita's 4 times! Whether the was a big line or just us the young staff were always happy and made us love going there. COFFEE CUSTARD???? YES PLEASE!!!!!!! :)

They have the Best custard in town! In addition which is the whipping cream and cherry on top is the great staff. They are all very friendly and willing to offer samples to try and help one make a decision on all the yummy flavors.

When visiting Williamsburg we always make multiple trips to Rita's. The team here is friendly and always helpful. The price is reasonable, there's plenty of parking, and there are tables with umbrellas outside where you can sit and enjoy your treats. They willingly offer as many samples you need so you can make the right choice.

I have loved this location since the new owners took over last year. They have a constant rotation of ice and custard flavors. They care about what their customers are interested in trying. They are local to the community and you can tell their staff really cares. Highly recommend!

Service was friendly, but if you don't like your choice, they are not very forgiving... Charged me full price for one I barely touched.

I am always eager for the season when Rita's opens again. I love taking my kids there for a treat and we have never had anything we didn't enjoy!

This is my favorite place to stop during the summer! It's always so refreshing and perfect on a hot day. I stick to my two favorites, cherry and lemon, because they're simple but always fantastic. My husband is all about the vanilla custard and swears it’s the best he's had. The kids switch it up depending on what color they’re into that day, but they usually go for orange or blue raspberry and are always happy. Great flavors, friendly service, and a perfect cool-down treat!

Oh my gosh so good! Great location in close proximity to everything else we were doing in williamsburg. Easy to park, Quick Service and delicious custard

We go get a custard and italian ice. The custard is smooth and creamy. The ices are made with real fruit flavorings. My favorite is the wild black cherry. It contains pieces of cherry in the ice. It can get crowded at times especially on weekends but the staff is efficient so wait times are normally short. They have chocolate and vanilla custards at all times but in the summer have a special third flavor.
