Visited the Williamsburg Rita’s for the first time tonight. It was busy but line moved quickly. Was greeted by Allison with a big smile and very friendly. Lots of great choices. Will definitely return.

Bad customer service experience. Ordered a large twist and large sundae and both were called out of the window as “smalls”. When we informed the staff that we in fact ordered larges, they looked confused, closed the window and conversed with other staff, then opened the window again and said “oh yeah we made larges they were just written down as smalls.” It was the end of the evening so I understand people are eager to get home, but when you’re paying almost $15 for ice cream, the employees should not be blatantly lying to and under serving the customer. Unfortunately this experience has soured our view and we will be patronizing other local ice cream businesses in the future instead.

Just visited Rita’s this evening… I am wondering if the store is under new ownership. There were 15 people in line but also 3 people working…. Took 20 minutes to get through the line. They were also out of many items. Our family was disappointed and we brought relatives along for their first Rita’s experience… bummer. I hope things turn around for the store before the Summertime…. We’d love to keep being supportive patrons!!

Rlly nice staff! Good area! Nice area to sit outside! I love the mango Italian ice! 10/10!! I wasn't a fan of the chocolate concrete w brownies! I love chocolate, but it was too much chocolate for me!
We're long-time fans of Rita's Ice in general, but of all the Rita's we have shopped over the years this is by far our favorite. They always have a good, diverse line up of flavors, and they are fresh. But mostly we enjoy the gentleman who (I assume) runs the store. He is always friendly, helpful, and bringing a smile to our faces
