Food is very good for BBQ not a big selection on food choices tho, despite recent reviews. The problem is the staff is under staffed and pure chaos only 2 employees to run everything. Took 1.5 hours to get our food literally watched the staff manage large and non stop carry out before dine in guests. Manager / owner needs to close down the carryout or dining if he can't manage the restaurant in full swing. 2 tables walked out while we was waiting for our food. It is very pathetic to see you operating like for we are not in COVID time anymore but the food was decent. Go here if you have time to wait and are done with your night.

Uniquely delicious food. I loved their Brisket, Potato Salad, and Cornbread. BBQ Beans and Mac & Cheese were pretty good as well. Pulled Pork was so-so.
Potato Salad and Baked Beans stand out for their unusual styles and unique flavors. Mac & Cheese is done creamy style using white cheddar.
For a slow Monday afternoon service was good, waitress kept my glass topped off.

I went to visit them after a long time, and they’ve made a lot of improvements to the restaurant. Now they offer a variety of combo options for their lunch specials, which are really well-priced. The service and the food are still spectacular.

Ribs not cooked, blood in side, sides just as bad.
BBQ pork was good. Bread that it was on was weird. Kind of soggy, but not soggy. Needless to say I ate the pulled pork with a fork. The potato salad was not good. It was coated in mayo (or some type of dressing). My friend had the pulled chicken and did not eat it.
On a good note - the hush puppies and service were very good!!!

Went for lunch on a Monday. Service was fast and food was great. You can tell it is the beginning of the offseason in Williamsburg. Need our local community to support these restaurants during slow season!
