So glad we found this place. I was wanting something on the healthier side during our trip and noticed this on Google. I got a Farmer's Market salad with 3 subs for the meat and cheese. The portion was huge! Enough for two people. My husband got the tomato mozzarella panini melt and it was also a nice size portion. We also had the butternut squash soup and the roll, pickle and chips that came with something we ordered. Our 3 year old enjoyed the soup, panini, and chips. We ended up with leftover salad (even with my husband helping me eat it). Everything was good, I'd definitely recommend it.

Vegetarian options: You can sub any meat option from the standard salads for another topping. The veggie options are quite diverse.

Great food! They were able to easily accommodate my food allergies to gluten, eggs, dairy, and peanuts (I had to ask, nothing was marked on the menu). I got a build-your-own bowl and it was enough food for two large meals! The owner was really nice and made sure I found something tasty to eat. Highly recommend for those with food restrictions!

Dietary restrictions: Very accommodating to my food allergies to gluten, eggs, dairy, and peanuts.

Made a random stop here on my way to Busch Gardens. The employees were all very friendly and helpful. I had a bowl of the turkey sausage and kale soup and it was amazing!! I needed a dairy free option and it was nice to be able to easily find a soup made with broth rather than milk or cream. My husband chose the pick two and had the same soup as me and a salad that had crispy chicken. He said everything tasted great too. It was all seasoned perfectly.

Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free and dairy free options!

I had a signature salad and a lasagna soup. Staff was super friendly and quick. They have artisanal sodas from the fountain machine, including a zero calorie option. Ingredients were fresh and crisp. Would come back.

For a chain salad restaurant, the soup and salad were very good. The staff was friendly and helpful and the salad was fresh and soup tasty and served hot. A nice surprise!

Pretty good custom built salads with grains and a plant protein option (tofu). I wish the payment machine offered "other" so I could leave a little tip but I couldn't.

They were busy so things were a bit rushed. My mother ordered wedding soup and I ordered an avocado BLT. When I got up to the counter, they had forgotten to make my sandwich, but they did proceed to prepare other people's food. They then made my sandwich, but only half. Still waiting, my food was not being prepared but other people were having their orders fulfilled, I asked if I could just pay for the half sandwich and leave. The person ringing at the counter said it would just take a few more moments, even though the gentleman preparing sandwiches had moved onto preparing salads. Finally, I just asked if my order can be refunded and the cashier, quite rudely said "SIR" I understand that you been waiting, it just take a few more seconds. Finally, about 2 minutes later (total wait time over 10 minutes since the rest of the meal was served),,another associate prepared my my sandwich and handed it to me without any verbal interaction.

The bread iwas a little dry and flavorless and the sandwich fell apart as I picked it up, the contents being nothing more salad ingredients dumped onto two pieces of bread. The bacon? Crumbled bacon used for salads.

This is my first experience with Saladworks and based solely on the mediocre food and slow, indifferent service and non-existant customer care, I can assure you I will never return

Very good food! Prepared per your instructions.

Parking: Paid parking across the street but if you can find a free parking spot in the area, take it. The restaurant is downtown Williamsburg along with many other shops and places to eat.

I've only had problems with this Saladworks. The first time I went, the employee making my salad was extremely sullen and rude. The second time, the pasta in my salad was so overcooked that it was a literal congealed blob, the croutons were stale and the chickpeas were also somehow soggy. I guess if you do go, order in person so you can see what the food looks like - that was my mistake with the pasta salad.
