I’ve been coming to Secret Garden for a couple of months now and I always have a great experience. The drinks and ice cream are amazing. The owners are also really nice and welcoming. Overall it’s a great atmosphere and experience

Do NOT go here. The owner STEALS the tips from the employees (which is illegal in all states under the FLSA). It is always so disappointing to see minimum wage workers being robbed of their tips by business owners. It is far too common and I was beyond disappointed that this is what happens at Secret Garden. I am surprised it hasn't been reported by employees yet. I hope the business owner reads this and realizes that what they are doing is not only unethical but also illegal in the US. The FEDERAL LAW states: "an employer cannot keep employees’ tips under any circumstances; managers and supervisors also may not keep tips received by employees, including through tip pools".Please do better.

In a great location and has many Boba options and even caffeine free ones for people like me just tagging along. There's plenty of seating but it's more of a short stop hangout than a long term cafe stop unless you bring a seat cushion lol

"But I don't want to spend 10k on an espresso machine!".....Says the owner without saying it.Well I don't want to spend 5.50 on watered down tap water espresso, went to order lemonade... But that's syrup... Like what are you doing!!? You have a beautiful space, what a waste not the employees fault.... They are friendly and awesome.Coffee is absolute expensive garbage. Gas station coffee is better. Seriously... Buying the cheapest coffee equipment possible to turn out the worst coffee in town at market price. Like, seriously... Put even a little effort into your coffee. Even a tiny but of training on the lame equipment you do have would make it a little more reasonable.

Absolutely loved it! It was so nice and pretty, the boba tasted amazing and the owner was really nice. It's all a good price and the ice cream is also good. I recommend going here and ordering either the Brown sugar milk tea or a passionfruit tea with mango popping boba, as those 2 are my favorites.

the secret garden cafe had such a welcoming atmosphere! the staff was friendly and helpful, which initially gave me high hopes because my partner and i are big boba fans.we ordered a frozen mango milk tea and an oolong milk tea, both with tapioca bubbles. the presentation was beautiful - the drinks looked picture-perfect! however, upon taking our first sip, we noticed that the tapioca bubbles weren't fully cooked . instead of the usual smooth, chewy texture, they were a bit hard and rough.unfortunately, we weren't satisfied with the drinks and ended up not finishing them. while the experience wasn't ideal, we wouldn't completely write off the secret garden cafe. the positive aspects like the friendly service and beautiful presentation encourage us to give them another chance in the future. however, we'd definitely emphasize the importance of fully cooked tapioca bubbles when ordering again.

They have amazing milk tea. My daughter and I were both very impressed and had to come back for more. The owner was pleasant and was glad to have us as customers. Wished this place was a lot closer to me!

I recently visited this cafe with friends to study, but our experience was disappointing. Despite the website's claim of providing a relaxing place for visitors, students, and tourists to study and recharge, the atmosphere was unwelcoming. We felt pressured to order immediately upon arrival, which made us uncomfortable. Additionally, when one of my friends ordered something, we were informed that all three of us had to buy a drink, or leave. It's unfortunate that the cafe didn't live up to its advertised purpose. I wouldn't recommend it as a study spot.Edit: I can provide a more accurate timeline of events. We arrived around 5:10 and spent some time searching for a suitable table to set up our study area. Shortly after, we began browsing the menu online to decide on our orders. It was roughly 5-10 minutes later when you approached us to indicate where we could place our orders. We informed you that we were still reviewing the menu online and proceeded to finalize our selections a minute or two later. During this time, I inquired about a drink but ultimately decided against it, while my friend did place an order, thereby becoming a customer.It wasn't until around 5:40 that we were informed that everyone at the table needed to place an order or vacate the premises. As a business owner, it is unfortunate that you cannot provide a welcoming space to all potential customers. I hope you can learn from this experience and strive to offer a comfortable environment for all future patrons.
