Nostalgic building inside and out. Hostess and waitress were pleasant (and pretty). Took an hour to be seated and receive our order. Food was terrible. Really bad.

Driven by several times. Finally stopped to see what it's all about. Great food with large plates. Service was quick with friendly servers
The food tasted good, portions were great and it was a homey atmosphere. The carper covered wall diividers, between tables, was not clean and the condiment containers were covered in syrup.

Very loud in Shorty's. The ceiling is very low only about seven feet high and causes normal conversation to be amplified
