3/9/24. Approx 5:20pm ordered ubereats delivery. Did not receive fries with kids meal. Ordered cocktail sauce- but received tarter sauce. I specifically called and asked for toppings to be placed on the side and no ice in drink. Well the toppings came on both sandwiches - now I’m stuck with soggy top breads and soggy parts of fried fish. Plus ice in drink (which half of the drink is nothing but ice)

The fish sandwich was delicious but the Nashville hot chicken sandwich was meh, needed to be cooked a little longer and it was a thigh which made the sandwich a little stringy.

Service was amazing, the manager Ben was extremely helpful. He always has a positive attitude and makes sure the customers are satisfied. He is very humble and says his staff make it all come together giving them credit for the great reviews and service. Ben is an asset to this store. We will be coming back.

My first time coming here and I was not disappointed!!! Loved the chicken sandwich ? My new go to!
The food was horrible. It was not well prepared and was sloppily packaged. The food is way overpriced for what you get. I am not a Karen, but if you like getting good quality and quantity for what you are paying for, this is not the place. I have only been there a couple of times, and each time, I regret going, and it's just not for me. Try it for yourself! It's a ? for me.
