Usually I don’t have any issues here, snd the ice cream is great, but this past time I went a guy behind the counter threw the container my daughters ice cream sandwich was in on the counter in front of us.
Every time we visit Williamsburg, a trip to Sno-To-Go is a must for us. Their stuffed shaved ice snoballs are a treat we eagerly anticipate, and with 67 shaved ice flavors and 3 specialty flavors, the variety is simply amazing. It's always fun to try new combinations and find new favorites.
This visit, my husband decided to try a strawberry milkshake, and it did not disappoint. In addition to their incredible shaved ice options, Sno-To-Go also offers sundaes, snowstorms, banana splits, ice cream sandwiches, soft serve ice cream, and ice cream floats. The extensive menu ensures that there is something for everyone to enjoy.
The quality and variety of their treats never fail to impress us. Sno-To-Go continues to be a highlight of our trips, and we can't recommend it enough for anyone looking for delicious, refreshing treats in Williamsburg. It's become a cherished tradition for us, and we always leave satisfied and looking forward to our next visit.

Sno to go is always a must when your in Williamsburg VA. We personally love the Ninja Turtle flavors and tigers blood
Could not be more disappointed…My family and I come here every year - so excited to get our shaved ice- and this is our first night in town. I had asked for lids - expecting a usual dome lid- and these were the lids we were given. When asking the girl if they no longer carry the dome lids, she said “Yes, we do.”That being, it is evident that the snoballs are missing the top portion of what they should be. We had also ordered a stuffed snoball, and when we got to the car we realized there was no ice cream in it. When we went back to the counter, the same worker told us she would “fix it”. To our disappointment when we arrived home, this was our end result. We spent over $40 on this order, and we are just extremely disappointed and sad.
UPDATE: The owner reached out personally to rectify our experience. My family and I are very grateful for the amazing customer service provided to us!
I loved the quick focused service. But it was a bit pricey at $8 for a single large ice cream cone....which was average size.

Updating our review: we came 3 times over the course of our vacation. Management did make it right from my previous review. The subsequent snowball had enough syrup. Some of our order was wrong two of the times we came, but we ate them as they came and still enjoyed. Unique and local, I would recommend.
Good flavored syrups, but don't use enough. My sno cone was straight ice for the top 2/3 - asked for more syrup, and then it was still completely lacking syrup on the bottom 1/3 (see pic)

Started out great - good, friendly service and when we got our stuffed sno balls they started out tasty. But mine had absolutely no flavor below the ice cream. White ice. My daughter's had flavor all the way through, so that is why a 2 star for food instead of 1.

I have been going to sno to go for a while and I love it. The flavors are good and the texture of the ice is unmatched! However, the past few months, I have had an issue with employees not putting the sour add on in my ice. Since sno to go charges extra for these types of things, it would be appreciated if the establishment was more consistent. The past 3 times I've been, they've forgotten this add on. Just today, I had to approach the window to get it and the employee must have put only two drops. Usually I don't like to complain about small things, but I really prefer sour over super sweet. Hoping this inconsistency will be fixed soon.
