First single cheeseburger in Drive thru- cheese cold,not melted at all,th whole thing was wrapped up and cold to the bite. Ever again! Cheeseburger!!!!

As we were at the drive thru window to pay for and pickup our food we were greeted by the distasteful odor of cigarette smoke only to find out it was coming from one of the employees(middle aged man shorter dark hair) who was smoking directly outside the door leading to the inside by the patio area. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The ice machine is always down when we visit. The drinks are usually filled about an inch from the top. They dont tend you give you the correct straw size, even when it is obvious it doesn't match. And at the drive through window -they make you reach far outside of the car and make you reach for the food.

30 minutes in a drive-thru is straight wild work. I’m an idiot for even waiting but be so serious. 30 minutes. List the excuses. Even being short on employees is absolutely no excuse for a 30 minute wait in a drive-thru line of about 3 freaking cars.

The expierience I had here was very negative I waited at least 20 minutes for a tea and a water it was busy no doubt but the customer service wasn't there in the car hop either so doesn't excuse my experience. However when my tea was made wrong lacking two add ons Landon McGee made it right the fact that he did it with customer service is the only reason those five stars are posted of my experience

We went there Sunday, August 31 at about 2:00pm. Drove up to the speaker and after sitting for about 10 minutes after pushing the button "to order" a male comes on and says: I quote "No matter what you order it's going to take at least 20 minutes." That was the "greeting." I said, "Ok. We have the time." He then said, "I'll be back." But..... He. Never. Came Back. We waited another 20 minutes and nope he never came back. So, of course, we left. He was happy I'm betting. What a great business model. I was happy to drive off and spend my money somewhere else. To the owner: Your employees, well at least one of them, is NOT helping your business. Best of luck to you.

Even though it was very very late and not busy told we could only order food though the drive thru after walking up to order food. Food was fine and hot.
