Food was good. Service was friendly and relatively fast. Portions were adequate. I didn't leave feeling stuffed...just pleasantly full. I had the Eggs, ham and biscuit. The biscuit was the highlight of this meal. It was piping hot, flakey and flavorful. Ham was good and my poached eggs were cooked perfectly. Home fries were seasoned well. Hubby had pancakes and eggs. Pancakes were fluffy and tasty, eggs cooked well. Over all a nice solid place for breakfast.

Food was very good. The shrimp and grits I asked to be plain and that's how they prepared them. Everyone in our party seem pleased with their food. This place was our second choice as the first place had over an hour wait. We were on a mini vacation. If you are in Williamsburg Virginia this place will not disappoint. The server's were not very attentive as the restaurant was crowded and there were limited server's. The food was good.

Excellent customer service! Everything was served in a timely manner. I had the whiting cheese grits and eggs, while my sister had catfish grits and eggs with orange juice and sweet tea! The Prices were great, I will definitely dine again!

The food was great my family and I enjoyed it very much will visit again the next time we visit Williamsburg. I had some corn beef hash,2 eggs fried hard and waffles.The price wasn't bad either everything was great no problems and my wife and daughter enjoyed theirs also.great place to visit definately a family environment.Best breakfast place in Williamsburg. The service was outstanding.the server continually ask if we needed anything and kept our coffee nice and hot.

Walked into a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The menu is the perfect combo of dinner and breakfast choices. My husband and I ordered the big southern and everything was hot and delicious and took less than 14 minutes to come out. Awesome waitress and customer service will visit again!Parking: Not a huge parking lot but restaurant has enough parking space to manage the busy customer flow.
It took them about 7 minutes to ask us what we wanted to drink. My pancakes, eggs, and sausage were delicious. You can choose between sausage patties and regular sausage. My husband had the regular sausage and I had the patties. Both didn't disappoint. I'd come here over IHOP any day. Also, they sang "Happy birthday" with a choir vibe. . . It wasn't a boring happy birthday song that restaurants usually sing. Highly recommend this place. Our only complaint with the fruit bowl is that the blueberries in it weren't fresh.

I have been trying hard to eat healthy, but was craving a waffle something terrible. We were in Williamsburg and rode by Southern Pancake House. We pulled in and knew immediately we had made the right decision. The staff was very friendly as soon as we walked in. I was amazed by the menu! So much to choose from. We decided to be VERY bad and picked several things from the menu. Everything was delicious. The waffle was the best I have ever had! Our waitresses name was Jennifer. She made our experience! So friendly, helpful and fun. All I have to say is try this place out and make sure to ask for Jennifer. If she doesn't put a smile on your face, no one will! Thank you Southern Pancake and thank you Jennifer. You made our day!
