I have to say i usually never have a problem with starbucks!! But this i just can't tolerate. This review is the one in Williamsburg in the harris teeter store. The lady never acknowledged me. Slammed every cup down. Walked away and then came back to the register irritability so and then stared at me and never asked me what I wanted to order. No smile nothing. Then proceeded to slap her own head 3 times i guess because the ice machine was low on ice. Slammed the drinks down for the person in front of me. I asked for a large ended up getting a small. She said it's grande that is a large. I ended up leaving because I was literally about to come across the counter on this lady. If you can't provide good customer service then get out of the business!! This should not be allowed!!!
