I come here multiple times a week. Normally my experience has been good but as of last week, it’s been less than par. Earlier this week, the espresso machine was down. Today, an employee named Emily was SNIPPY. Her attitude was awful. However, Alexis is phenomenal! I love getting her.
I come here multiple times a week. Normally my experience has been good but as of last week, it’s been less than par. Earlier this week, the espresso machine was down. Today, an employee named Emily was SNIPPY. Her attitude was awful. However, Alexis is phenomenal! I love getting her.
They were understaffed. There was only one worker. She was trying to keep up with to go orders as well as in store. She was really sweet, but she's trying to keep up with orders and it caused a slow down.
