Employees are very rude. Manager is even ruder. I waited for ever and didn’t even get the right drink. I waited almost an hour and was not going back.

The employees work so hard and are very friendly, but I think something needs to change to make this location more efficient. They either need to get rid of the drive thru or the Mobile orders. The wait time is unacceptable.

Ordered a drink saturday and asked for there to be extra toppings which i paid for. While making my hr drive back i took my first sip and realized how poorly made the drink was as they didnt make it as requested. Called immediately and explained the situation and some kid answered the phone and stated he will write my name down so i can have a remake issued, or i can visit any location and it will be taken care of. I do just that and visit a store closer to me and look like a complete idiot as the store says i cannot just do that. I want reimbursement that was promised .

I understand this is mainly a drive through Starbucks, but I went in the building to order my 2 super simple coffees, and all the other customers behind me had passed by.

When I went to ask the baristas about my order, they looked at me strangely and as if I was lying about the other that I physically placed with them 10 minutes prior.

Then when I finally got my coffees, they were wrong.
Took them anyway because I didn’t want to seem like a problem with the workers again.

Great experience at this Starbucks! I ordered an item that was no longer on the menu. It is a seasonal item. I had been to other Starbucks before and they didn't know what I was talking about. Another employee overheard the conversation and assisted the other employee. When we got up to the window to pay, the employee took the time to let me know how to order the item if I came across the issue again. You just don't see that kind of exceptional customer service anymore! I highly recommend!

consistently slow. i cannot think of a time over the past four years i have come here where service is actually quick or mobile orders are actually ready in the time quoted. the drive thru is always backed up. it’s not as if the inside is ever bustling with customers.
