Slowest service of any Starbucks I have ever been 3 times and it is always the same

I don’t know what is going on with this SB. I come often and for the last 6 months or so, they are sold out of cold brew at least once a week and I have to wait over 10-15 for my order even though I do mobile ordering, 2 days ago I had to wait 25 minutes! They need to get it together. If SB in NYC can function seamlessly, surely one in Williamsburg, Va can…AND for some reason, I have to repeat my name and spell it multiple times in the drive through when picking up my order. It’s 5 simple letters but they never seam to hear or understand me and I can enunciate with the best.

I waited over 20 minutes in line to order because there is no way to leave once you are in line. Just for them to not have any cold brew. Then watched them mess up the orders of multiple cars in front of me. Resulting in waiting almost 15 more minutes. This is theist incompetent Starbucks I have ever been to.

The employees are nice but to wait 5-10 minutes per car and not have a way out of the line is insane. If you’re on break from work or need to be somewhere I’d never recommend this location unless you have all day to be waiting in line

Great staff, everyone was very pleasant to interact with. Helpful in making my drink how I wanted and was quick despite it being packed. I walked in to order and only waited 5 maybe 6 min with what looked like 10 orders ahead of me

My daughter and I went through the drive thru and got very basic drinks, a pink drink and crumble cookie crunch. Neither drink was good. It was drinkable but not to the Starbucks standards. Both were watered down with very little flavor. Won’t be returning to this location for the rest of our trip.

Waited over 15 minutes for 1 small coffee. Went inside no line and no one waiting. They just kept doing mobile order after mobile order . Only one person doing inside and mobile orders and 4 workers in drive through. I don't come to Starbucks often. This def does not make me want to come back. Blake was very pleasant.
This is the only Starbuck we go to. For literally years. They do it best here! Genuinely!

I was standing with my child because she wanted a vanilla bean cream. The girl behind the counter was wiping it down, so we waited. As she looked up at us, she not only wiped that counter but then began cleaning other areas as well. We eventually walked out, and yes, I felt it was a case of racism.
