They are so good, fast and friendly here. Very spacious. Lots of tables and electric for working. Heidi is especially friendly. Company should visit to see what they do as part of new CEO's turnaround efforts.

The NICEST people EVER. I absolutely love this Starbucks, the staff here is absolutely fantastic and the layout is incredible.

This is the best Starbucks in Williamsburg and one of the best in Virginia. The staff is friendly and responsive. Their manager, Heidi, really wants customers to be happy with their experience. Highly recommended. Thanks Heidi and everyone!!

I love the layout of this store! It's a lot bigger on the inside than you think it is! As a fellow barista from another state, Scott was great. He greeted us the second we walked in, and he seemed to genuinely enjoy his job, and wasn't annoyed to talk to us. Beck, on the other hand, seemed very annoyed taking our order, kept asking if we were done after every item, answered the phone and was very short with them as well, and just didn't seem like they wanted to be there at all. Scott made up for it though!

This is the awesomest Starbucks you can find! The staff couldn’t be nicer, & more helpful, The service is fast, Plus lots of seating… You should definitely go!
