I was a drive thru customer and everything was perfection and professional.

Well we walked up to counter at 6:50 it was me and my brother, we had 2 separate orders, Taylor took my brothers and started to make it, a guy with glases comes over and cuts off lights and takes till... i ask is it to late to take my order...after huffing and puffing like throwing a silent tantrum she(taylor) says whats the order... she didnt even let me finish it, i then said never mind because i knew with an attitude like that she didnt care about doing it right. She made the drink and charged me anyway and made all our drinks wrong......some of the worst service ever!!!

We ordered a mocha & a caramel macchiato from a very rude barista and it was terrible - we then returned (after one sip) to get our money back. The barista had disappeared and the location seemed abandoned. I had to stop one of Harris Teeter's employees for help. She on the other hand was VERY HELPFUL & friendly & jumped behind the counter to make us two new coffees.
Horrible staff, only one person in front of me and the employee decide to start a conversation and force me to wait 10 minutes before taking my order. To top it off, the worst Mocha coffee ever tasted. I definitely do not recommend this place.
The service. She is not friendly. You must have numerous complaints about Rachelle. She must hate her job.And the Starbucks at the 462 Harris Teeter has to close so that the barestro can take lunch. And they never take lunch at the same time each day. It depends on who's working. So you may have to wait 30 minutes to order.Terrible customer service.
