A bit slow about a minute longer to get my drink, but it's worth it. My drink(iced caramel cloud macchiato) was made better than other establishments near my location. Overall service was well done and I had a great experience.
We've waited at least 10 minutes in the drive thru. The parking lot is not busy so not sure what the hold up was. We were number 3 in line. We've never had this issue before. At least our drinks are hot because they made them once we got to the window.
I stopped here one morning to get drinks for my wife and I. Service was okay, and drinks were as requested. We got our drinks in a reasonable amount of time, and my only complaint is that the barista seemed a little overwhelmed, but that was probably due to crowd size.
