Sam was the best Starbucks employee I have had experienced in any location and made my entire night turn a completely different direction than it was going. He exceeded my expectations I would recommend him for any available position that would involve handling customer care and leading a team from what I experienced and observed in the time I’ve spent at the location. Just wanted to give a BIG SHOUT OUT to Anaiya for all her help. I haven't been to starbucks in awhile and wanted to try something different. She really provided that specialized customer service. She not only took her time in recommending options, but she made me feel like I was being heard. Not telling me what she wanted but trying to incorporate what I liked into a drink. Then specializing the drink to fit me. She is the real definition of customer service. Thank you!!! If she isn't a manager she needs a promotion. You ROCK Five stars for her service.

Stopped in with my husband while in the area. Cappuccinos were spot on and service was excellent. Staff was very friendly and made us feel welcomed. Establishment is clean and comfortable. Great experience at this Starbucks location.

I recently moved to the area and have visited this location a few times at different times of the day. Most of the team has been nothing but kind, polite, and professional, which I really appreciate. The only exception has been one barista, Lashon. She is the oldest, yet she is very loud, noisy, and unfortunately quite rude and unprofessional, which has made my visits less pleasant whenever she’s around, especially I come here to work if I don't want to work from home or office. On the flip side, Adam is truly the sweetest, always so helpful, polite, and genuinely pleasant.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had at Starbucks. While we were simply looking at the menu to decide what to order, a staff member impatiently rushed us and spoke with clear irritation. There was absolutely no one behind us, and the store wasn’t even busy — there was no reason for that kind of attitude. It was rude, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. We left feeling disrespected and very upset. Starbucks should seriously consider retraining their staff on basic courtesy and customer service.

My family was taking a picture and the racist workers were laughing and the one that is overweight was saying how much we were ordering and how we were taking so long, really disrespectful in my opinion. Should learn to be a better person.
