MAGGIE was our barista during Wednesday 7/30, right after Water Country USA closed so there was customer after customer, she was the only one working but she was very nice and patient. We wish we could've given her more of a tip. But there should definitely be some help since some people in line left because it was taking a bit. ALSO she made the best ice shaken espresso i've ever had, I would've given her a raise if I was the manager lol.

So maps said that this was a drive thru- nope. It's in Target. 1 person working so the wait was longer than usual. She did what she could but there should have been another person there with her

Stopped by this Starbucks at 11:30am today while I was running short on time to be greeted by a “Sorry, we’re closed” by the barista wearing her Starbucks apron. No explanation or options were provided as to when they would re-open, or why they were closed. I would recommend closures be posted in a place where one could see it in advance so they don’t waste gas and time.

I was craving coffee because I had a tooth extracted and haven’t had coffee for a few days. Hit this Starbucks up after shopping for a while. When I walked up, one employee was on her phone and the other was chatting with someone at a table. I stood there for a good minute before we were acknowledged. I ordered my usual drink (decaf). When I got my drink, it looked different, so I asked her if it was made with heavy cream. She nodded no and and stared at me, so I stared back. She said, I’ll just remake it and remade it angrily and just placed the heavy cream on top. It was all very unnecessary.

Out of mocha and espresso machine wasn't working so I had to get half decaf. Could have been an incredibly frustrating experience but the girls working there were so amazing that it made the experience very pleasant after all. They deserve a raise for having to deal with so many issues out of their control but still remaining positive and professional!

Tried to get a frap here for my son one afternoon recently and the barista said they were all out of the stuff to make them. How does that happen? Her attitude was very dismissive and rude. We rarely get overpriced coffee anyway, but I'll stick to the location by my house.

Caramel ribbon frappe is horrible. It too much caramel bottom and it doesn't taste right I expect.

Starbucks didn’t have freshly brewed coffee. Coffee shop not having coffee? Ordered Venti got a small macchiato. Barista in a very bad mood. Wasting and tossing drinks in the trash can. What a waste to remove anger on food.
