We liked this Starbucks besides the hate that it gets! We had great customer service, and our orders were perfection. The only thing I would say that could improve is the wait time after ordering inside. I guess they were prioritizing the drive thru orders.

MY FAVORITE STARBUCKS IN VIRGINIA! I have been going to this particular Starbucks on and off since it opened over 15 years ago, and the current staff here are absolutely top shelf. The baristas are very friendly, helpful, and know the extras that make a difference. It is also right off of the interstate (I-64) and at the intersection of multiple places to shop and eat. Outstanding!

Wow - best Starbucks experience ever. Our barista, Ululani, was quite possibly the nicest human we’ve ever met and made the day on my sister and i’s roadtrip. Service was fast and we would 10/10 recommend this location to anyone.

Absolutely horrible experience. I had to add egg bites to my order once I came to the window in the drive thru. I was told I had to go back around because the people behind me couldn’t wait for 2 minutes for my order to be warmed up. I went inside, no one spoke to me, once someone finally did I asked for the supervisor & she said that’s the policy. When I said I needed them last minute because I was running to the hospital to bring them to a patient, she didn’t say anything, took my order then rolled her eyes and went “whew” as she walked away. For a place that’s right across the street from a major hospital, you’d think they have some sympathy. I feel bad for the people being trained by this woman.

Went through driver and the guy that helped us was super helpful and patient. We don't get Starbucks that often, and he didnt try to rush us or hurry us. Great service and good coffee.

I recently visited this store and ordered a drink with light ice, but unfortunately my request was not fulfilled. I specifically asked for light ice, yet my drink was filled almost entirely with ice, which affected my experience.

The service was a bit slow for an empty Starbucks. The executon of the drinks was fine , but the restrooms were horrible for my wife and daughters to use.
