Vibes are nice here. The barista was super patient with me and didn’t rush and explained what a Cortado was really appreciated the customer service and even heated up my muffin without me having to ask.

Closed at 9 when it says closes at 9:30. Times open should be accurate. I get mom and pops closing early due to lack of business but a national chain like Starbucks is ridiculous. Was nice about it but still needed coffee for work tn and wasn’t open.

We walked inside and weren’t greeted for 5 minutes when there were 4 employees standing there. There were no other customers, and 2 of them were dancing inappropriately (twerking) and singing to a song that was playing (not even acknowledging we were there). We kind of just awkwardly waiting for somebody to take our order, and suddenly an employee came from the back and finally greeted us. You could tell that the one who came from the back took their job more seriously compared to all the other people lol. But the food and drinks were pretty good.

Starbucks is my absolute favorite! I live outside the area but travel 64 to Richmond for work. Midway is one of my favorite Starbucks at 800 E Rochambeau Dr. Everyone is always great, but this morning in particular the sweetest young lady working the drive thru @7:30 am just made and blessed my day. I, unfortunately did not ask her name, but ANGELS are just there when you need them to be. My order was great as always. Thank you for your products, customer service, and staff. I went to on August but the drinks hits different after leaving the us I miss the drinks most of them aren’t available in my country but I definitely recommend this place with the amazing styles which is a classic(normal and great style) of course I miss American Starbucks!!!!❤️

Just got off the phone with their assistant manager and even though they made a slight error on my drive thru order; their sympathy and empathy goes above and beyond any expectation I may have had or might have in the near future!

We liked this Starbucks besides the hate that it gets! We had great customer service, and our orders were perfection. The only thing I would say that could improve is the wait time after ordering inside. I guess they were prioritizing the drive thru orders.

MY FAVORITE STARBUCKS IN VIRGINIA! I have been going to this particular Starbucks on and off since it opened over 15 years ago, and the current staff here are absolutely top shelf. The baristas are very friendly, helpful, and know the extras that make a difference. It is also right off of the interstate (I-64) and at the intersection of multiple places to shop and eat. Outstanding!
