The coffee was okay. The employees just looked at you, didn't speak or welcome you. There was one young lady who finally said something to me. Made me feel like Black people really wasn't welcome.

Always a treat. But in moderation

This Starbucks location is quite spacious, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. The staff is generally very pleasant, and it tends to be moderately busy, particularly at the drive-thru. The service is also quite fast. Overall, I find this Starbucks to be well-managed.

Best Starbucks in Williamsburg in my opinion. My usual order is always consistent. The staff are always polite and the location is nice, new and clean.

Take the negative reviews with a grain of salt.

This location has become my new favorite location to go to in the area. I go inside here almost every day. It’s clean, staff is great, and the product is better in average than other locations.

There are a decent amount of highly self entitled people in this area who take a small wait or not stopping everything you are doing to immediately meet their needs as being disrespectful. Not saying the other reviews are all this but I wouldn’t count it out :)

In general I'm just a frequent flyer at Starbucks, however I was astounded of this location because it was just so beautiful. And my oldest was very excited about her drink because she said wow you can actually taste the coffee and the mocha the mocha is not overpowering the coffee. The lady that gave us our drinks was truly amazing and wished us well on our travels back to Ohio. As we were visiting Williamsburg for vacation/graduation. Keep up the great work.

Curly hair ginger is the worst. I asked for an extra cup because my drink was hot, she was rude about giving me another one. If it’s too hot for my hand it’s even hotter for my mouth. Thx rude employee!
