Some really great beers but incredibly expensive.
Great staff and love the lucky charms!
The people that work here are nice. However they advertised a Friday the 13th night and literally had none of the things they advertised. It was real disappointing, we left lol.
Great variety of beers to choose from. If you have a hard time picking one, grab some flights and try a few different ones.
Me and my boyfriend had the best time here last night celebrating our 6 year anniversary. We had looked around for a good place to end off the night with and this one showed up and looked so good. It was so much better than the pictures, Ian was the best. We would tell him what kind of beer we liked and gave us ones to try and they were always perfect, he even helped me look up my favorite beer so we get figure out what it was made from so I could find the best one for me. Him and another customer helped us find more places to go on our trip, it was just the most enjoyable experience at this place and we can not wait to go back.
Ordered a “Cina-man-bun” beer 20 oz, Ian…. The manager went to pour it, and only filled up the glass 1/3rd of the way full and went to change the keg, as he returned he informed me that the brew was out of stock. He assured me I could finish this 1/3rd glass of beer, free of charge, as he told me his favorite beer “fest” …. Which I asked for the 20 0z …..that I wanted.
I finished the roughly 25 oz of “fest”
& “cina-man-bun” …. And ordered 5 oz more of “fest” …. I asked for my check, only to see I had been charged for 13 oz of “Cina-man-bun” …. Anyways my check was $32 for roughly 30oz of beer…..
Pathetic interpersonal skills and communications…..
I will not return and did not buy the souvenirs for my family I wanted.
The beer was not that good. The service was worse. Turned off. . . The boy Ian even said he’s not an alcohol fan. Remove him. Yes I am aware that he’s probably a “good boy” …
He will do you more harm than good.
Get a real job Ian.
You’re out of your league. Beer drinkers are working folks.
I suggest you remove Ian, if you want your business to thrive.
Perfect scores.
I held my wedding reception at Strangeways and everything was perfect. The beer, coordination, setup, and tear down were easy and flawless. Thank you Strangeways!
Beer was decent, was a busy night thanks to trivia but the trivia itself was super loud (if you weren’t playing). Don’t get your hopes up about the snacks. Toaster oven pretzel bites were fine, mozzarella sticks weren’t cooked well and had no flavor.
First rate service and excellent variety of beers to choose from. The “lucky charms” was a tasty option. Recommend getting a flight.
OMG - first time here and Ian gave us a sample of many of the beers to make a great call . High interesting ceilings - great beers and outstanding service. Make sure you ask for Ian …. ❤️

Beautiful beer selection.
Not knocking the beer selection. They definitely have a nice assortment of beers to choose from.
Giving 4 stars because of the beers. But I gotta say, super disappointed in the snack selection. We checked reviews before coming and saw peanuts, large pretzels, etc.
When we arrived, just after opening, we were told they were out of the large pretzels, so we could not try the charcuterie board we wanted, no worries, let’s order pretzel bites and chips with salsa. Chips & Salsa $4. Would be a great deal if it was house made. It was literally Tostitos. (Trust me, I know that flavor anywhere) then we received the 8 pretzels bites for $5 and had to pay an extra $1 for cheese whiz. Was thinking since it was a brewery that they’d at least sell beer cheese.
Being that we live in the heart of brewery country, it was just disappointing.
The drinks were good, so if you only want to drink, there’s no issue there. The 20oz was $10 and the 16oz was $7.50 for the seltzer. Fairly pricey. If you are hungry, we recommend getting Plaza Azteca next door to deliver! They are amazing!
StrangeWay Brewery in Williamsburg is a must-visit for anyone who loves a good beer adventure. They have an awesome selection of beers, each one color-coded by flavor—sweet, salty, tangy, hoppy, and more. It's a fun and easy way to try something new and discover what you like best.
The bar itself is pretty cool too. We stopped by on a Wednesday evening after work, and it was just what we needed. The place was chill and not too crowded, plus they have this huge, gorgeous patio outside that's perfect for hanging out.
Ian, our bartender, was super friendly and made our visit even better. He knew all about the beers and gave us great recommendations.
The only downside? It's a bit pricey. Flights are usually cheaper elsewhere, but here, each 5-ounce glass costs $5 to $7. Still, the unique experience makes it worth it.
If you’re into trying new beers or just want a nice spot to relax, you should definitely check out StrangeWay Brewery. Have you been there? What was your favorite beer? What do you think of the color-coded flavors? I'd love to hear what you think!
Great place to taste good beer. Love the IPA selection there.
Great drinks and venue! My family and I played some board games here while we enjoyed some drinks.
