This subway store scammed me. Ordered sub online. Arrived at store at noon on December 22. Store was closed!! Several other customers tried the doors. No notice on door. I called and left message with owner. No response. Owner now claims I picked up the sub. I have not received a refund

Coming in person today for lunch because everytime I order through door dash ,my food is wrong in some type of way.iIr’s rediculous.How do yall have a whole menu above your heads and
Can’t see what comes on a sandwich? How are you reading an order that says toast the sub roll and you don’t toast it? How do you see a foot long and make it a half inch? This is the only subway that gives me trouble and if I didn’t work so close to it, I would choose another. Y’all definitely need to do better. It happened to me more than once and I feel like a fool for even coming back but I wanna see how it is in person. I’ve already complained on DoorDash and now I’m complaining on here !!!

Subway team member was unprofessional with choices of music and manner during my visit. They were also sitting in the dining room prior to my families arrival vaping. Person working admitted they were alone and overly stressed.
Product was empty on the line, she was vaping in the back room before taking mine and my families orders.
Bread was as white as a ghost and came out of the oven burnt and crispy. Veggie portions were small and broken like the product had gone by. Location was a mess as well. No chips stocked, meat was not stocked.

Thank God I'm not from the area, otherwise I wouldn't return to this location even if I came back to the area

Only one staff member there during lunch hour and it's tourist season. He was very stressed out as a line of hungry people were staring at him. I go here because it's a convenient quick stop for lunch and now that Wendys and Arby's closed this was my go to. Not anymore. I believe this store will close, too. There used to be 2 employees for lunch service but I think there are new owners. One person can't do it. One day an employee had to close the doors because the air wasn't working and he couldn't handle the heat. He said it's been broke since last year. Today they had a fan blowing in there. Gross. I'm done with this place. If you want a successful business, you need to pay for staff!

The woman who made our sandwiches was clearly the only person who works at this Subway. She did a great job. But the place was a complete mess. The outdoor tables were covered in bird excrement and litter. At least two of the sodas in the dispenser were out, and when we walked in she told us she couldn't help us for 10 minutes since novody came in for their shift. She deserves a raise but, honestly, nobody wants to eat in a sty. See photos for evidence of how disgusting this subway really was. We decided to eat in our car it was that bad... The bread, also, was underbaked. The toast option also loterally did nothing. The cheese is still solid and cold. It was not toasty at all... or even warm... This has to be the worst Subway I have ever eaten at. They were also out of pickles and two of the sauces.

Only leaving a review for the gentleman working by himself on 6/20/25 at this subway location, 4:44pm. No AC currently
in this subway and the man making the subs has a fan on him and is as pleasant as can be. Has to be well over 100 degrees inside and this guys is awesome.

Whoever manages/owns this subway should be embarrassed and ashamed of the working conditions you are putting your employee through. If it’s the shopping centers fault the AC is out then you should close the business down instead of letting one of your workers rot inside on a 90 degree day.

This is the crummiest Subway I have been to! Both times I have eaten there I have gotten sick. It’s close to where I work so we went to get food since it was close. It took me 45 min to get 4 sandwiches. Coworker walk over to make sure I was still alive. We closed early because 5 people went home with stomach aches. I accidentally ordered the wrong address in the app and called them right when the money went through. There is not a cancel on the app. And each and every time I called it doesn’t even ring. It goes directly to voice mail. I have contractor call within 30 min and it never got off the automatic voice mail. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

The manager or owner is RUDE as well

Ordered online and when I get there it's 1 staff and 1 customer. I arrived on time and still had to wait at least 10-15 min for my food to be made. But overall our sandwiches was very good!
