Just stopped in for a sub! was fast and easy! the gentleman who made my sub was vary nice! place looked clean! No issues the quality of the meat at every subway is the same par if I want boars head I just make it at home but for a fast in and out can't beat subway

Horrible customer service very rude made food skimpy dry thick bread old produce not enough sauce for that dry sandwich gave me food poisoning came in again today just for a soda and to use restroom no public restroom they have pin locks seriously no bathroom when you give people food poisoning I hope someone cramps on your floor don't waste your money they are awful best subway in Williamsburg is on high street the rest are awful I hope this one goes out of buisness they ate terrible people.

The couple that own the place have a below average customer service. The husband particularly have no personality, no morals or principles of what customer service means. When my mother was trying to have conversation with them in he gave rude answer instead of responding politely with some maturity. His wife was above average welcoming nature.He converted a shopping environment into hostile bad energy environment.I know a business is not run by one customer but definitely they won't see us coming to spend our dollar again.

I ordered a food they made it to me in a few seconds,so if you need to eat urgently, then this is the perfect place!
Very rude owner. The lady making the sandwich was non chalant but the owner wow. I had to come back because my extra meat, extra cheese sub had pretty much no meat on it. I was very nice and opened to show them and you could clearly see or not see hardly any beef. The owner snatched it away and said we can't satisfy you go away. I said no sir you can satisfy me make my sub please. He was extremely rude for no reason. I am a regular customer here and have had no problems will never be back. Also will reach out to corporate with images so they are aware. Wow man you need to know if you would've just been kind to me we would have had no issues. This is what rude gets you.

Honestly the only reason I'm giving this place four stars is because the young lady that made my food was completely ALONE during dinner rush, and handled herself VERY well. She was an absolute pleasure despite the pressure she was under. Did I mention it was her 4th Day!!!! Whoever owns/runs this store should definitely commend this young lady
