I come here regularly after work. Today I did a pick up order because I was exhausted from work. I get home and noticed olives on my sandwich that I didn’t add. I had immediately called them to let them know. I was told to take the olives off and come back to get as many jalapeños peppers as I like. I asked if he could just remake my sandwich. He insist that if I come up there he will give me peppers. I was very calm I said sir I didn’t pay to take the olives off my sandwich. I wanted banana peppers and jalapeños and got banana peppers and olives and he was very very rude as if I did something wrong. I won’t be returning the kids there are usually nice today it was a older gentleman

We have been to this Subway before and not had any problems, but today we had a very disappointing visit. We were unable to order online because the website said the local store could not accept orders. When we mentioned this to the worker at the store in conjunction with trying to use an online coupon, she actually tried to argue with us about the website not working and then refused to honor the online coupons. She then literally turned and started helping another worker. No apologies. Very rude. There are many options around for a sandwich so we walked a few doors down to Jersey Mike’s. Got a great sandwich with great service. Maybe she was having a bad day, but I’m not going to give my $$$ to a rude person when there are alternatives.
