I'd give zero stars if it were possible. We ordered from DoorDash and this was the store they sent the order to.
I paid for 2 cookies and a bag of chips and got neither.
I asked for a flatbread cold cut combo with cucumber and tomato.
I got my sandwich on a sub roll with spinach, cucumber, tomatoes and black olives which I'm allergic to.
My husband got an Italian sub which came on my flatbread instead of his sub roll.
Completely screwed up the order and all they had to do was read the order ticket!

Too slow! Music too loud! Online orders take priority over orders from people standing in line!
Older Asian woman worker very rude and screaming at the other employee the whole time.

Just got down to Williamsburg for vacation and came back from Busch Gardens. Found this Subway across the street from our hotel. The two young ladies that were working were very polite and attentive. Ordered my footlong Subway club and 2 churros with no issues. Sandwich tasted great. Very clean inside and excellent service.

The person who runs this store is very mean, screams at their potential customers, and refused to help me when I had problems ordering through the app. They have a very hard time finding regular employees for this same exact reason. There are plenty of other subways to eat at in Williamsburg. Don’t eat here.

I ordered a ft long tuna sub. I honestly don't know where to start with this one. All the veggies to add to the sandwhich were almost see through and soggy. And my tuna had pieces of something inedible in it. Most pieces were too small to see. I was able to spit out a piece big enough to exam. Looked like some type of plaster. The ft long churro was the only thing I was able to eat. I threw the sub out smh. This place has really gone down

We visited last night after an evening at Christmas Town at Busch Gardens. We arrived at 8:30PM, an hour before they were scheduled to close, but the experience was still top notch. The bread was warm and fresh and all the meats and toppings were as ready as if they just opened. Finally, the older lady working there alone was great, efficient at the sandwich making, and was very cordial in her service. We will definitely be eating there again!

I hadn't been in this subway for quite a while. It sure has changed. The staff before was much better. I was waiting in line, and a phone order received after I was waiting was more important to prepare than the customers standing right in front of them. ?

Forever getting orders wrong or forgetting items. I've ordered here over 4 years and just gets worse. The owner emails me for replacement and they will not except it in the store. According to the workers that it's not a valid coupon even though it comes from the owner yet again today I pay for avocado it's not on there. My chips are not included so it's an extra $3.50. That's wasted. Neither sub correct. I guess we will have to drive further to go get our food.

Popular Subway. I've noticed that several establishments have struggled with the numbering system, often forgetting components. However, everything tasted good and the bathroom was clean, as was the restaurant.
