We’re from out of state, spent 7 hrs in the car, and decided to try this restaurant based on the menu and proximity to the hotel. We were not disappointed! The chicken was great, salads were huge, and the custards were on point. What stood out the most was the customer service. Khailyn was very kind, personable, and treated us like we were friends and not strangers. Wish there was more customer service like this every where.

The best chicken sandwich we’ve ever eaten 15/10! My husband and I travel around the us and we’ve traveled to the UK and bora bora the past year and by far this was the best sandwich plus the rosemary pepper fries was fire! Also the customer service was amazing as well! I would count this as a gem in the Virginia state ..thank you for the exceptional service and food!

The food is deliciousss! The chicken sandwiches are to die for here.

The workers are very nice and fast working. I got my order within 10 minutes.

The location is nice too since Ritas Custard is right there, sucks that it's across the main road though, there are many more stores there. But if you're shopping near I 10/10 recommend stopping for some sandwiches!

Came here due to the good reviews & left severely disappointed. Spent almost $50 for two sandwiches, 1 slider, an order of fries to share, & 2 fountain drinks. I wouldn’t be upset if it had a hint of flavor at all but even with garlic aoli, it tasted awful.
To top it all off, the soda fountain was dispensing drinks with black particles (mold, dirt, who knows). We thought it may be some residue & tried two more times to get a “clean” drink but continued to get black particles in the soda. We informed the staff who gave us a bottled soda instead, but we were there for another 10-15 minutes & never once saw anyone attempt to clean or change the nozzle. The store wasn’t busy so they definitely had time to look at it. Will not be returning.

I went to SUper Chix today anticipating a nice lunch. I ordered the Cordon Bleu sandwich, grilled. My husband ordered the same only fried. We had an ordered of fried pickles and a coleslaw. The Coleslaw was good, the rest extremely disappointing. The staff were so unenthusiastic that I wondered why they were there. The pickles were pretty bad. I cannot recomend this place and I am not very hard to please.
