I miss the lady that used to wait table's. I went there a few days ago with my kids, and the lady they had was not a very good waitress. I gave her a $5 tip (she deserved it), and she told my kid's that I was horrible father, and a horrible person for only tipping $5. I tip good with good service. This use to be our favorite spot.

Went with my wife yesterday for lunch. There were a total of 8 people in the restaurant. We waited for 10 minutes and the waitress never even acknowledged we were there so we left and went elsewhere. Such terrible customer service.

Bottom Line Up Front:VERY GOOD FOOD BUT VERY BUSY ESTABLISHMENT 9.5/10Food hot and delicious ?, fast service good atmosphere, the waitress was patient with us and help us. She did a very good job despite their establishment being completely packed. My wife got the combination yakisoba it was good, sushi and beef fried rice was good. I spent roughly 100 bucks minus tip and I felt it was money well spent! Highly recommend!

Visiting Williamsburg from NC, and we love Japanese food so we decided to eat here tonight. The host greeted us with a sweet n cheery attitude and sat us right away. The waitress took our order with promptness. She was fantastic. The food was delicious! Service was fast and friendly.

The place was busy on a Friday night. People seem to like this place. The only waiter was also the host, and there was another lady who would bring out just the drinks and food. So they were understaffed. Not something they can control well. From the looks given of the other guests, I could tell some were getting a bit impatient. It did impact the wait time on food, and on drinks upon arrival. But we were willing to wait for good things Can't speak for the food on the main menu, we came for the sushi. Quality and presentation was nice, you'll probably get more of your money's worth with same quality at Sushi King, which we happen to enjoy.

The staff is friendly and attentive. The cuts of Sashimi were ample and delicious. The quality of the fish was spectacular and the price is reasonable.Food presentation was well done and the restaurant atmosphere is attractive and comfy.

Had terrific salmon teriyaki...very tasty. But felt sorry for the waitress because they were shorthanded, plus she handled the cash register as well. She showed minimal stress & was very kind/pleasant.

Went for lunch. The bento boxes are a nice combination of their offerings. Mine came with salad, 6 pieces of California roll with dipping sauce, shrimp and vegetable tempura, fried rice and beef teriyaki. All very good and reasonably priced . Service was prompt and attentive.

Yummy-'nuf said. Been there a few times and the food is consistantly great. Lovely decor and staff was so attentive! So happy to have found them.
The food was good. My husband ordered sushi, I had hibachi, and my nephew had kid's chicken hibachi. I did feel like my portion size was small.

Everything online says this establishment is open until 10pm. We walked in on our wedding Anniversary at 7:57lm and the first words we heard were "I'm closed,". Won't be nlykrting to try when they're "open "

Shocked by the service here. I tried to call and place and order and the girl who answered the phone was SO rude. She took my order and then hung up on me before even taking my name. I called back to leave my name and she hung up on me again. Gross.
