They told us at 9:30 am, that taco no longer serves breakfast anywhere which is no true. But she was very rude about it.

Tiny parking lot. Store was clean but they wanted to use the kiosk rather than simply take my order. They weren't exactly friendly and I was the only dining room customer even though they had drive thru customers. Not sure if I will go back to that location.

I was going to taco bell to get breakfast at 10 in the morning bc they weren't open at 9am and we stated our order for two breakfast burritos and they said they did not serve breakfast anymore! I was really mad bc who eats a chicken burrito at 10 in the morning??? They are literally losing money and I was also just very hungry!

Absolutely horrible expierence! I ordered my food on the app for in-store. It took almost 10 minutes for 1 of the 2 people in the back to acknowledge us. He was not polite at all. Just gave us a look that made it seem like we were an inconvenience and shouldn't be there. He gave us our food and walked away. I had food missing. It took several minutes to flag him back down and let him know. I reminded him of the no sour cream on top. Several minutes later he brings it to the counter, calls for me, points to the bag and walks away. I immediately see the sour cream. I had to wait again for him to see me and let him know. He was clearly upset. This time I stood there and watched as he aggressively put the potatoes in the bowl and then some cheese. I'm so sorry sir that you had to come to work today. I'm so sorry that you had to make my order. I'm so sorry that you had to correct my incorrect order. While eating, an elderly couple came in and waited for someone to take their order. No one ever came and so they had to struggle with the kiosk. Then 2 separate cars from the drive thru came in with messed up orders. The female that was working was just as unpleasant to them as the male who helped me. Oh and the food had almost no flavor. I'm really glad I do not live nearby, because I will not return to this location ever.

I just went through the drive-through and the aggressive young man that took my order, resulted me never eating at this particular Taco Bell again. When I asked for two bean burritos, his response immediately was “burrito what kind of burrito we got lots of burritos”. Ultimately, he said he couldn’t hear me the first time I ordered, which I assumed. However, based on this individual opting to communicate with a patron in that manner, I’ll never spend another dollar at this restaurant again as long as I live.

It shouldn't be this hard. 8:00pm Sunday night, no one in line. Drive thru order taco supreme, chalupa supreme, chicken power bowl. The person taking the order was on a headseat having a conversation with someone (foreign accent) while taking the order. We got the chalupa and the power bowl. Nothing to eat it with and no Avocado Salsa Packet.
I use this location on my way to work as the food is usually ok, although, i did get some rock hard black beans one day. They always forget things, mostly the ad ons. Always check your bag. Sometimes I look before leaving so when I don't, that's on me.

Missing food from order. No ice for drinks and flat syrup in the soda machine. Staff seemed unconcerned about any of the issues.
