I wish I can give them negative 5 star. I order a simple quesadilla and crunch wrap. They made the order wrong. I called them and they asked to come the next day to get the right order. The next day they added the chicken to the order. They didn’t even took the time to check the order. When I called them and asked to talk to a manager, they hanged up on me. Can’t be worse

The customer service was so terrible! I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION IN WILLIAMSBURG EVER AGAIN! The workers are all rude! Everyone had an attitude and they denied me from ordering the now 9 box! Which is confusing I just order the same meal in Newport News and The service was outstanding and I still Love Taco Bell but not this location. I am a Therapist in Williamsburg and I felt like some of the workers have mental issues personally!ALSO THIS LOCATION SUPPOSEDLY franchise SMH JUST A wasted of time.

I can't even say how many times my order has been screwed up here. Sometimes you're lucky and you catch it on the screen, but usually it's a delayed surprise for which one of the instructions were ignored, items omitted, omissions added in. If you show up and there's more than a car in front of you, expect that you are signing away 20 minutes of your life, because half the time, you are. You can sit there for minutes at a time without them even acknowledging your existence. Plus, it's one of those drive-thrus with no way to escape once you realize you've been had. Also, no breakfast.

I've come here atleast 10-15 times in the past 3 months and every single time I've come the soap in the mens bathroom has not been working.
Apparently the men employees only wash their hands with water not soap, before handling food.
Health department needs to do an investigation because that's absolutely disgusting.
It's one thing if this was just one time and they hadn't noticed it, but after 3 months it's clear they simply are ignoring it and not using soap.

I had a terrible experience at the Taco Bell on April 6th at around 1:00 AM. I ordered 6 Doritos Locos Taco Supremes, and every single one had little to no meat, just lettuce and a sprinkle of cheese. For the price, I expected a full taco, not just a flavored shell with barely anything inside.
To make things worse, they got the order wrong even though the receipt was correct. It's frustrating to pay for food and not even get what you ordered. This has happened before, but this time was the last straw.
Fast food or not, customers deserve accuracy and some level of quality. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone looking for a reliable or satisfying experience.

Today, I rolled through the drive through and wanted to just get a sweet tea for the 90 degree weather. They happily provided me the sweet tea free of charge ! Amazing customer service and marketing.
