If I could award zero stars, this Taco Bell would be the deserving recipient.

My recent visit to the Williamsburg location at 1812 Richmond Rd was nothing short of a disaster. What should have been a quick meal turned into a 45-minute ordeal for a simple order. The staff displayed a complete lack of interest and enthusiasm, making the experience all the more frustrating.

The restaurant's cleanliness was also a concern, with trash cans overflowing and an overall unkempt appearance. This lack of attention to basic hygiene only added to the dismal atmosphere.

Regrettably, my experience is not an isolated incident. Numerous other reviews have reported similar issues, including rude service, long wait times, and unsanitary conditions. It's evident that this location is consistently underperforming, and it's unclear whether management is taking steps to address these persistent problems.

In summary, I strongly advise against visiting this Taco Bell. The combination of poor service, extended wait times, and unsanitary conditions makes it a place to avoid.

Floors and tables were all dirty, women's bathroom was disgusting and there's no way the sink buildup was just from one day. Smoke detector beeping the entire time because of dead battery. Nobody at the register do you chew no choice but to order at the kiosk. Took over 10 minutes to get 2 quesadillas inside with nobody else there. They don't give free water with purchase, it's $0.75. I've never been to a restaurant that wouldn't give you free water with a meal. Even 711 has free water cups. Food was fresh at least.

It is also hot ah in here, like the ac straight up isn't working

Do not go to the taco bell on Richmond rd in Williamsburg va they are terrible. They are always screwing up your order. Then you go there to try and get your order fixed and they want to charge you for another order for fixing what they screwed up and they take forever to get your order done I waited there for 30 minutes and they weren't even that busy. They are horrible and so disrespectful to their customers nasty food nasty people that work there dont ever go you will regret it.

The worst place ever! Nasty food with nasty attitudes from employees. To worried about getting cars out of the drive through fast for them to get a kick back. After I ordered she told me to sit there for a minute at the ordering speaker, then I pull around and pay then she ask me to circle back through the drive through. So I did to be nice, but then I notice a drink missing and let her know. She proceeds to roll her eyes at me. Also our foods all messed up and cold. To add it everything I tried to order they told me they were out of.

If I could rate this place a 0 I would. Waited in line for 45 minutes. Only reason why I didn’t leave was because I ordered online to pick it up. When I finally got to the pick up window my order still wasn’t ready.

They don't have breakfast. The parking lot entrance/exit is done so badly it's actually a concern it will damage my car. The food is pretty meh, even by Taco Bell standards, and the accuracy leaves a good deal to be desired.
And this is the GOOD Taco Bell in town.

I unfortunately had the worst experience I’ve ever had at this Taco Bell. My food was freezing cold and they did not toast my chalupa. They forgot to put sauce and my fiesta potatoes in the bag. When I asked them for the fiesta potatoes they were asking me what I meant. My Mexican pizza was thrown into the box and was broken and there was no sauce at all. I am very upset with this experience and will never be returning to this location.

We had a bus load of high schoolers in town for a Choral Festival/Competition. We had 37 students and 6 adults. We stopped at Taco Bell and Cookout on Saturday evening (April 5th, 2025) on our way back to the hotel after spending 10 hours at Busch Gardens. We had 30 of us go to Cookout. And they had all of us served in 20 minutes with smiles on their faces. Yet after 45 minutes of waiting, Taco Bell still had not served the mere FIVE students waiting on their food. Instead, those employees harassed one of the students about her ethnicity. And stood around talking amongst themselves instead of making any of the orders. And after 45 minutes, one of the chaperones went inside Taco Bell to see what the hold up was. And the employees did nothing but run their mouths to the chaperone and cussed her. And they refused to get their manager for her. And to top it off, corporate was contacted and they do not care and will not do anything about it. So we are officially DONE with Taco Bell!!!

Update for others: the supposed GM wanted me to send her my WhatsApp number. I gave her my personal phone number. Someone from their customer service department called me. Asked me to explain what happened. I did. He didn’t say anything about it. Asked for my email. And send he would email me. He did not. Then another called me on WhatsApp. Asked for an explanation of what happened. Then wanted me to fill out a form online that required a credit card number. When I refused to provide a credit card number, he wouldn’t do anything else. Then he removed the message with the link. And then when I messaged said “GM” and informed her of this and told her I would not be providing a credit card number, all she wanted to say was she wanted to explain kasongo and kasongo mwongoo. I told her twice she could explain if she wanted, but I still would not be providing a credit card number. She never explained anything. And I cannot find any information on kasongo mwongoo online. Complete SCAMS
