I went through the drive thru for lunch. The old lady around 11:00am was very rude slammed the window in my face the threw my change at me because I asked her what my total was again so I had to ask for a manager she was highly upset then start running her mouth behind the manager GM of the store. If u can’t handle customers why are u working in customer service?

Definitely one of the best Taco Bell locations in Virginia. Staff is super nice, and they keep the place clean as heck. My order has a bunch of annoying modifications and they always get it right. (Can please you fry the chalupa shells a tiiiiny bit longer though?)

Went here yesterday and when me and my children walked in the guy I noticed first I peeped him rolling his eyes. Then we get to the counter and as my son trying to tell me what he wanted and my other son talking as well he proceeded to tell my children can you stop can yall stop let your mom think she trying to order. I told him you don't talk to my children like that nor correct them. He then tell me he has nieces and he knows what it's like I told him okay but they are not your children they're mine don't ever do that. I guess he thought it was okay and until I had to check him he started apologizing after. Keep your employees in check you're to service not to be in customers business and think you can do what you want. He was a black man with a mask on at the time we went
