Excellent service and excellent food. From appetizers to desserts two cocktails all was amazing
Great restaurant, beautiful atmosphere and decor, wonderful service however we were the first ones seated and had to wait 1 hour before receiving our food. Mentioned to the server the time issue and her response was it takes awhile to cook a medium steak??? Food was delicious but wait time is not good.
The staff was very nice and very attentive. My only two constructive “criticisms” are: 1.) A few of the staff would go outside with their platters to serve the people sitting outside and wouldn't remember to close the door behind them, so there was a risk of mosquitoes getting in. 2.) Six dollars for a cup of tea was a bit excessive.
A quiet, elegant setting, the Restoration Bar and Terrace Restaurant provides an excellent venue for lunch and dinner. The cuisine is creative and outstanding and always surprises. While I would like to see more vegetarian offerings, there is normally a choice or one may ask to withhold an item, such as anchovy on the caesar salad, for example. Appetizers, main courses and desserts are always creatively served; the service is outstanding. The ambiance is refined, and the views of the greens, and patio beyond, are relaxing. Business casual or dress attire is recommended for an elegant dining experience. Highly recommended.
Brought the family to the Steeped in Sunshine Afternoon Tea to celebrate our anniversary. We brought our school age children and they were supportive. We were hoping for a nice, sit down afternoon tea service and this was slightly too formal. Might be good for a fantasy tea party with your daughter(s) or a girls brunch. As for the food, it was good but more than half the food was loaded with sugar, and it was simply too sweet to finish the tower so we took much of it to go. We appreciated the live music.
We enjoyed our lunch here. The food and service were excellent and the setting was beautiful.
Asked for Cesar salad with chicken breast, as menu states, received Romaine lettuce with chopped greens and two chicken drumsticks???? 👎
The service was excellent. The ambiance was perfect. I appreciate the special attention to our food allergy. The food was amazing and the drinks perfectly mixed. Thank you for an amazing evening in an amazing setting.
Food was adequate but not very tasty. Much more disappointed with very slow service and limited return of service staff. We had to get up and get our own water for our water glasses.
Beautiful hotel. The terrace sits on the golf course so it is really beautiful. It was quiet. There were several games set up if u wanted to play like corn hole and a giant chess game. The food was good I had the Caesar salad and my husband had the short rib burger which was good. We were there about 7p. I do recommend this restaurant.

The ambiance and service were excellent. The food, however, was pedestrian. My scallops were over-salted. The “pie” was a tart instead, and not overwhelming. For the price, I was disappointed.
The ambiance, the food was delicious, the service was amazing. The father daughter duet playing music was lovely.
Food was horrible. Spiced steak had no flavor. Scallops were super fishy and pappardelle pasta over flavored. Had later reservation for anniversary. Few options on a Monday night. Literally a screaming baby in a diaper in a high chair in the dining room. Incredible waitstaff moved us to a quieter room but filled with a family celebrating a birthday - which included pre teens painting their nails. Scents of acetone does not go well with food. I get it. Resort town, but Woosh! For a fancy night out to celebrate an anniversary in the timeless elegance of the Williamsburg Inn, the minds picture is much better than reality. Finished the night with an espresso martini so surprisingly coated in chocolate syrup - fitting in perfectly with the overall unwanted Disney experience.
After an hour and 15 minutes in the restaurant and at least 30 minutes after finishing our appetizers, we left without getting our entrees - a pizza and 2 sandwiches. People seated after us were finishing their meals before we received ours. It was a beautiful room and the staff were very polite but the service was otherwise horrible. The asparagus bisque was bland. I wish I could tell you how the pizza and sandwiches were.
Excellent summer menu. Fife and Drum cocktail, heirloom tomatoes with whipped ricotta toast, grilled scallops with corn papadrelle and S'mores dessert. All spot on.
