I've been a regular here for 5 years now. But don't go inside to order. Any student who orders from GrubHub while you're waiting in line will be the priority and skip you. 12 GrubHub orders skipped me after I ordered and waited in line, and my order wasn't even correct.

The food is good, the bagels are very good, and the staff was super nice. But they are clearly understaffed. We waited 30 minutes for a bagel and a breakfast sandwich. By the time we got our food, one of our drinks was cold. I'd recommend this spot if you have a relaxed morning. Wouldn't recommend it if you have to be somewhere like work.

We got a croissant and left it in the car for three days and when we got back it was still better than Starbucks croissant. The staff were very kind too!
Also, best bagels I’ve had in a long time.
