The young service gave great service and really big scoops of ice cream!

Big Scoop is a hidden gem! The shop is welcoming and extremely clean. We were greeted by two friendly young people who looked like they actually enjoyed their job! Both were polite, patient and accommodating while waiting on us. Big Scoop offers generous portions and the ice cream was amazing- creamy and flavorful. I can’t wait to visit them again the next time I’m in the area!

I'm giving one star because you should be absolutely ashamed of your bathrooms. An ice cream shop where there isn't a drop of soap available and every single toilet where the seats come completely OFF!!! I picked up my daughter to put her on the toilet because I noticed the seat was loose. I picked her back up to take her off and the entire seat came with her. And that was the only damn stall that was at all usable.

Bought four ice creams here, tipped 20%, and walked out just as they were closing. A minute later, our toddler needed an urgent diaper change. The staff coldly refused to let us back in.

So let’s be clear: this shop is perfectly happy to take your money and smile when you tip, but when a family with a small child needs basic human decency, they slam the door in your face. That’s not just poor service.. it’s mean-spirited.

If you care about kindness, skip this place. Ice cream melts, but a lack of compassion leaves the real bad taste.

After doing some research about local ice cream options we decided to check out the Big Scoop. They have a wide variety of options. We’re a family of six and we ordered Italian ice, soft serve, and milkshakes. Everyone loved it. Prices were reasonable and the portion sizes were great. Most importantly the staff was kind and helpful, letting everyone try flavors.

The ice-cream is huge and cheap good for a break when you go to Williamsburg outlets

The staff here is absolutely incredible. They are so helpful and it is so inspiring and amazing to have such a great group of young people who are willing to work hard and do it with great customer service. I specifically would like to mention a young lady name Bailee Who went above and beyond to help me with my large order. This is the best ice cream place around.

An amazing local find! This ice cream parlor has everything by you could want; unique hard scoop flavors, multiple Italian ice options and even soft serve! Prices were reasonable and sizes generous. We got kid sizes (cone picture) and a small (cup picture) which was easily enough for me and my husband to share. And the staff were kind and quick. Next time I’m in Williamsburg I’ll be coming back!

Big Scoop Delivers! This place was a great ice cream spot. Lots of flavors. Plenty of samples. Had various options with dipped ice cream. Soft serve. Italian ice. Staff was super friendly. Variety of regular and near flavors. Scoops were huge. My one scoop felt like 2.5!

We went twice in 2 days. Lol
The first day, we caught them just before closing, and the young fellow seemed new to the job, but he was super helpful and didn't make us feel like an inconvenience. I let him know I have a peanut allergy, and he took care of my order. My sundae had cookie dough bites and oreos. It was absolutely delicious. This may be our new Williamsburg ice cream shop! 🍦🍨😋
