Fried rice looked just like white rice, no seasonings! Asked for spicy General Tso's chicken and sesame chicken and neither one had any heat to it at all. Nice people, small dining area, very bland food.

Food was great hot and fresh. General Tsos was spicy but good and so far the lo mein has been great every time.

Don’t come here if you want chicken…I ordered the honey chicken and let me tell you it was the worst decision in my life..over the next couple of days I had food poisoning symptoms, body aches & excessive sweating (i’m a physically fit man to) the chicken & sauce is either not cooked or the ingredients are poison. Shrimp Fried Rice & Veggie Fried Rice are the only safe option here. May need to close this one down, go to the Richmond Rd One

I gave this restaurant many years of chances before leaving a bad review, because the food is honestly pretty good. But the customer service is atrocious. They refuse to start an order until you arrive. It doesn't matter if you place the order half an hour ahead of time. The reasoning is they don't want to have people not pick up orders, but there is never a time you can plan to have this food ready to be picked up. You will have to sit inside and wait after you pay. They also make no attempt to understand when you call and place and order. They are short, rude, and the customer service isn't worth decent Chinese food. Id rather drive all the way to panda Express.

I have always had a good experience at Tops China. Not so much this time. 1/2 our order was missing. Too salty. Going to think twice before I order again.

Good place for a quick lunch been to this location about 10 times no issues so far the chicken beef and vegetables always cooked correct wouldnt recomend it for a sit down eat honestly unless your on lunch break from your job, but as far as take out thay move people fast , food is hot and good

Fried rice is white rice with no flavor. Not bad if you recook with shoyu and spices. General tso. Not spicy. It's like some said it's gonna be hot but they gave you mayonnaise.

This used to be my go to at work if I needed a quick lunch. However the last 3 times the chicken has been burnt. The general tsos, orange chicken and sesame chicken are all exactly the same sauce.

I was very disappointed in this place. You can definitely tell that they are skimping on their food and not offering you a lot when you order it. I ordered pork fried rice and I literally can count how many pork I saw in my fried rice. I ordered the triple delight and it was more vegetables than all the other meat options that was supposed to be in it. I felt that this place was just trying to cut back on their portions and continue to charge you the same price and you not get what you really want or at least not enough of it. You can try this place if you want I suggest you try a different place.

The shrimp fried rice was terrible. Just dry rice with a few shrimp and a few pieces of onions. No seasoning at all. Prices are too high for the food to taste so bad.
