The chicken wings were pale and bland.. The house special rice didn't have enough meat. The rice was also bland tasting , and it tasted like fish oil. Plus, they forgot my eggroll.. I trusted their judgment on my food but didn't deliver anything right like the comment reviews say. ?

Food is always tasty, staff is friendly and great customer service. I’ve used other “take out” Chinese in the area but now only order from Top’s China. My order is usually ready in 15-20 minutes and when I arrive I’ve never had to wait for it. The food is packed carefully and never had a problem with leaking or spilling.
Parking: Located in a small strip mall so always easy to park and run in to pick up food.

The cashier was very friendly, my family and I requested some changes to the dishes and they gladly did so. The place was very full and yet the order didn't take more than 15 minutes. The food was plenty and very delicious.They even gave us 2 eggrolls.
