Called in my order over the phone, got home started eating almost finished all my food and found a nail in my rice. And they forgot the sauce for one of my combination platters. Mind you the total was $41 dollars, trying to not throw up what I just ate.

Food was...fine? The Ma Po Tofu wasn't actually Ma Po Tofu -- there were no Sezchuan peppercorns, the consistency of the sauce was wrong and it had regular and not silken tofu. The other dishes were fine but nothing that I would re-order. Others seem to like their food though so perhaps give them a shot.

Always good food pleasant. The one thing I would encourage to change is the quality of the chicken. It's usually very stringy, especially if you reheat it. Please consider using breast meat only. It's worth it.
Went there to order takeout. The food is hot, fresh and very delicious! I enjoyed it very much. Service was pleasant and fast.

we are in town on vacation, and we were out playing mini golf and riding go karts until about 9 PM. There is very little open past 9 PM and grateful this place was open until 10. we ordered crab Rangoon, fried dumplings, Singapore, noodles, and chicken lo mein. It fed two adults, a teen and a tween for about 40 bucks. Can't beat that.
Every bite was eaten, it was very tasty. If you're here on vacation, you probably have a better Chinese spot from wherever you're from, but for Williamsburg, it seems this is the best and it's deserving of that title. I look forward to returning to try additional dishes.
Don’t confuse it with a different Top’s China on a different road that has poor reviews! This one is across from Harris Teeter

I generally keep low expectations around Chinese food when I travel but this place was very good. Tastes like my restaurant in NY.
May 2025. Clean restaurant. Very kind and helpful staff. We'll return when we're back in town.
Back again June 2025. Consistently great via food and customer service. We will always come here when we come in town 💞.
Food was very delicious. I got sesame chicken with lo mein and I enjoyed it a lot. Seats were comfortable, Atmosphere was great, a nice soothing, family owned atmosphere and relaxing as you hear the sizzling of the grill. There was also a cute baby in the corner. The workers bring the food to you if you dine in and they were very nice. Prices were also very affordable!
Ordered Fried rice with chicken….HORRIBLE!
$11.50 got you nothing more than a flavorless mound of yellow rice with bits of onion and tiny bits of some chicken… No veggies whatsoever and it was not fried!!! That is not fried rice!
