They are very good about helping people who have dietary resteictions.

The blimey limey smoothies are my kryptonite. It's like a straight shot of juice to my brain. Could drink my weight in them if I had the opportunity.

The store was nice and clean, and I was in and out rather quickly!

Staff is a little off putting and rude, but the smoothie was good.

So boom I ordered 2 Bahama Mamas. Smoothies were garbage. I went back to ask for a remake in an appropriate manner, of course. The manager/owner of the establishment comes to the front of the store to address my concerns. I asked if he could possibly remake the smoothies & to make sure that the containers are thoroughly clean (because the smoothies tasted like banana, which is not in the ingredient list). He became offended & told me that they are always clean. He insisted to take the original smoothies & to put them back in the mixer to “make them better”. Unsanitary. Red flag. I asked if I could just get them remade completely. He then proceeds to hassle me on the ONE other time I asked them to remake a smoothie for me in the past. Stating “this is the last time I’ll remake it. If you don’t like the smoothie then order something else.” I always order the same smoothie no matter what tropical smoothie establishment I go to. If it doesn’t taste right, then I’m going to speak up me take it back. Point blank. The customer is AWAYS right, right? So if the customer needs something to be remade, what EXACTLY is the issue?

I came in today from our of town and made sure this was my first stop.
I ordered ahead on the app and it was ready as I was walking in. None of the six people behind the counter greeted me but my smoothie was ready and tasted great!

This place was horrible to my 15 year old son who went in to let them know his order was made incorrectly. It should be stated on the app that removing items from the smoothie bowls does not show up on their side. This has happened TWICE, but I did not complain the first time. I am gluten sensitive and cannot eat the granola but they refused to fix the order and treated my child terribly. A lady actually ran out to apologize because she felt bad for how he was treated. Will never go back

This place is super cheap and will not fix your order even if THEY got it wrong. They are mean and nasty!

They’re horrible! The customer service is lacking and when you have an issue, they yell at you in another language. Go to another location

Owner did not honor coupon code from NJ. Do not go to this location you will be disappointed with their hospitality. The rest of the staff was very friendly. This was for the Williamsburg location only.

We went in this past weekend cool off and get a smoothie. And found a rap that I like and ask the employees if they could put that in a pita for me instead of the wrap. They didnt even blink an eye and said no problem. It is rare to get that kinda Great Service.

I like getting the Smoothies. Can never seem to get the same flavor twice. I add in Almonds or Oatmeal or the spinach, kale combo nothing wrong with green ? and taste doesn't change. But There are too many options. Great on a warm day to cool down. Started adding a wrap Baja Chicken, need to try something new in the wraps now.
