My wife needed some cross stitch supplies from Haus Tirol. The area has been sold and will be renovated. Haus Tirol will be moving but a time line and location is not available yet.

Only a couple of shops left and a couple of restaurants. Sad place.

An aging shopping plaza whose luster has long since worn through to expose an underutilized and neglected collection of vacant spaces and a handful of small businesses trying to make a go of it in the bleakness of it all. It's overdue for either a major reinvestment and refurbishment, or to be put out of its misery by virtue of the wrecking ball. In its day this must have been an “in” kind of place, with what looks like shops arranged about an open courtyard. But today the place stands as an underutilized shell of its former self ready for its next chapter to be written.

Was initially put off. Didn't seem like a great place. Boy was I wrong. The food was basically fantastic, the waitress seemed like she might have been new but she went out of her way to make sure we had a great dinner. And once again the food was fantastic. I had chicken catchator. Other dishes where chicken parm, veal, spaget with meat ball, lasania and shrimp alfredo. All fantastic. Everyone in our group said the food was some of the best ever.

Good variety of stores mixed with food options.

The Village Shops At Kingsmill is a variety of shops, and some restaurants that are located there. I remember walking through the Village Shops At Kingsmill many times with my family. I have been through it since I have been living in Williamsburg. Most of the time I am at the bus stop which is by the Village Shops At Kingsmill. I have also been by it many times during my travels.
Here visiting Colonial Williamsburg. Found this on google maps, so glad! Great place, nice folks, great food. We had the bento boxes, excellent!

As I understand it, the owners did not want to put any money in the facilities after buying it. They made no improvements, nor any maintenance. It went down hill fast, businesses left, customers stopped coming and it was turned back over to the bank.

If your hungry great place to stop, Chinese cuisine was very satisfying.

The food, portions & presentation are excellent - the friends that I bring talk about this place right up until they leave Williamsburg. What a place!

There is hardly anything left here. It needs a comprehensive update to attract tenants.
