I have been to this Waypoint Seafood & Grill a number of times in the last 4 years. I'm from the Northeast (Boston) and enjoy well prepared seafood. Waypoint had always delivered excellent seafood dinners and my dinner guests have always enjoyed there non-seafood meals as well. The only suggestion/recommendation i would make is for some ( one or two ) non-dairy desserts to be on offer. Lactose intolerance has become a larger issue for many in the general population and...
Food was good not special. Waitress had limited knowledge on GF options wife has celiac Not informed about specials but other table was briefed. Waited for check while waitress dealt with FedEx delivery. Did not recognize wife's birthday. Better food and options in Williamsburg.
Our experience at Waypoint was outstanding. We both ordered the two different fish specials (sea bass and swordfish) and they were superb. Our server was excellent in explaining the dishes, timing the meal, and providing an overall very pleasant dining experience.
