Poor service and didn't give me my military discount got only 2 straws when I had 3 meals. Wendys is known for its military discount worldwide. Also, they had me pull up to wait for my food. Fries were cold. Terrible service!

I am not a person that uses the drive thru but, today I did. I thought to save time! Waited 20 minutes! Unreal wait time for a drive thru! Ended up going inside to get it!

No customer service whatsoever! Tried to order at the kiosk and the code for points did not work. Tried to ask for help and was told they had big order and we just had to wait. Ended up placing a mobile order and standing in the lobby. Terrible Wendy's experience. Must be short staffed, bad management. ??

We got here and ordered three frostys, it was around 9:30pm with an empty dining room, and after 20 minutes we went and asked for it; apparently the kiosk we used didn't show the order on the screen in the back, I would expect next time to receive a service that doesn't waste around 30 minutes for a 5 minute preparation order.

I had a pickup order scheduled for pickup at 2:18pm. I waited about 5 minutes before a single team member greeted me, who had just finished cleaning the restrooms. Then they started to work on a fairly simple order and it still took then nearly 10 minutes to complete, I was out the door at 2:32pm. 14 minutes two two little chicken sandwiches, 3 orders of nuggets, 3 fries and 3 drinks. I'll be reaching out to management shortly
