I recently went by this Wendy’s and they said they were closed already they still had the lights on around the building, online and Wendy’s nationally doesn’t close until 8 PM today so I think they closed early To be out of the door by 8

We try to get in side the Wendy's at 9:15pm and people were in there but doors were locked. We had to use the drive thu.

This Wendy's has been pretty good every time we come by to grab food. Orders are are usually on point, but just check your bags for sauces, that'd be my only complaint.

Every item came out of the warmer or the microwave and it was indicated by the stale French toast, the cold potato wedges and the hard tasteless rubbery chicken biscuits. I didn't know that you just stopped trying because the breakfast hour was wrapping up.

My favorite place to eat fast food. The food is amazing, the staff was great all the times I went. I never had a problem with my order and funny story I actually got mistaken as someone who worked there. All in all Wendy's is my favorite place to eat as far as fast food

It's usually decent. Sometimes the nuggets are old and not great, but burgers are usually okay. I can't rave about it, but I can't say it's awful either.

Girl at drive thru with big fake eyelashes should do better at customer service. She did not answer after saying hello a few times and you would think that using her headset she could say please hold or something. I thought the speaker was broken so I went around only to be told rudely after she was called on the carpet for not answering by another employee that she was busy doing other things and that I would have to go back in line. Instead I went inside with my family to order and she was still not a customer focused human. We all have bad nights but she needs more training on customer service. Also Wendy's tell your staff not to wear the false eyelashes its definitely a liability.
The indoor seating was clean and comfortable, which made waiting a bit nicer. Ordering was easy, and the staff at the cashier was polite enough to tell us to let them know if anything was missing. Unfortunately, that turned out to be true we were missing an entire kids’ meal and a few other items. Trying to sort it out was a bit tricky, especially with so many people crowding the counter waiting for their orders. The whole food pickup process felt really slow and disorganized, which was frustrating. I hope they improve on speed and accuracy because the place itself and the ordering were fine.
