I stopped by here to get my usual order and thought how nice of a location this was. I ordered a chicken ranch wrap and added bacon, onions, and pickles (which does cost extra). The gentleman taking my order nicely stated they couldn’t do that, and had to put it on the side. I was confused, because I’ve never had this said to me at any other location. So, a lady came over the speaker and said more firmly they wouldn’t do it because the wrap would fall apart and can’t hold it. Okay, whatever, no big deal, I said I’ll get it on the side and put it on myself. I’m not sure if they were being petty or having a bad day, but it sure would have fit into the wrap considering they gave me only a “piece” of each. I was so looking forward to this simple meal and it was so disappointing.

Fast and friendly service! Everyone loves Wendy's! Dave made sure of it! This location is always on point. I went at 704 am. I still got my food in less than 3 minutes! And they're right down the road from busch gardens.

I came to today through the drive thru. The person taking the order sounded like she didn’t want to be at work. She wasn’t rude, but just blah. I waited at the window for TEN minutes while multiple employees just stood around talking and laughing. Ten minutes is crazy for two meals. I got my food, and jumped on the interstate, and take a bite of a hard, old tasting, cold French fry. All the fries were old to the point of not even being edible. They were cold, hard, and brown. The tomato, and lettuce on my burger were both soggy. Also the bacon and cheese potato was smashed and crumbled in three different areas with FOUR pieces of bacon ALL in the tray and not on the potato, and were barely done. Two of the chicken nuggets looked like they were on steroids. A complete waste of $23.61. If I hadn’t gotten straight onto the interstate, I would've turned around for a refund. It was that bad!!!
I want to truly thank 3 employees : Shaun, Jailyn & Jayden. I ran in to grab food last night but my family came in today to eat after the park. It was a very overwhelming day with my autistic son and he wasn't having it* major meltdown bc of the heat. These 3 staff members were very kind & understanding and even went out of their way to help my other son. Very thankful 🙏 I was very stressed out and they had smiles on their faces and totally flipped our day around for a happy evening. 😊 - Katy

the spicy chicken here is always dry and horrible. the burgers and white meat chicken are excellent. service has definitely slowed here... clean inside, at least last I checked in early 2025. Not as bad as the McDonald's, Barbara is a great manager.
