This place is clean, the food is delicious and they staff consistently surprises me with how well they handle the large volume of hungry Busch Garden attendees.

So I'm peeved and this review is a reflection of that. You know those boo books they sold with the free junior frosty coupons? I wasn't in the mood for food, but a frosty sounded good. Figured I'd pick one up. Tried to use the coupon. The one that has "no purchase necessary" written right on it. Was told that they didn't accept the coupons without a purchase. Left because I'm not in the mood for food and now I'm annoyed, which further diminishes the appetite. The coupon isn't expired. They say no purchase necessary. But this location says otherwise. 0/10. Do not recommend.

My son and I went to eat at this Wendy's and it was the worst experience that we've had at any Wendy's in the United states. We waited forever to order and then when we ordered the lady got our order wrong twice had the manager come fix it and got it wrong again. So we left. The place looked unkempt. Flies. Gross. May not even eat at a Wendy's again.
