For being a fast food place the service was quick and the food was good. Maybe one day they will update the inside.

While I understand they will be very busy at the end of the night when Busch Gardens closes, it took over 45 minutes to get through the drive thru. The worst part was that I had placed a mobile order, but still waited for over 10 minutes directly at the pickup window for the food (that had been ordered more than 45 minutes earlier). And it was COLD when we received it! For a simple order of chicken nuggets and one kids meal, this was an extremely disappointing experience. There were at least 3 workers inside just standing around talking in front of the window the majority of the time we waited at the window also.

Food is bad and they can't get orders right and ppl that work there don't care about us customers.but they should understand us buyers pay for them to have a check.

The food was below average. I purchased two small shakes and it appeared that someone began to use a spoon to take a couple bites and then gave the rest to me. I had left the window and did not notice until I was almost on my way home. I had to go out again and so I tried another location. I repurchased my whole order again as I threw my original order away. The second location was better but appearance was still lacking.
