I wanted to get something to eat before I went to the mall the food was cold and immediately made my stomach hurt I was so upset that may be my last time because it seems like every time you go to food is always cold and not fresh

this place is cool because they’ll give you someone else’s food and then when you go back through the drive thru they still won’t give you what you ordered

There was no toilet paper in the women's single person bathroom, I informed them and nobody took care of it. My Brownie Batter Frosty with vanilla ice cream..... Tasted like coffee. I don't recommend that one, but I will go to other ones.

I will start by saying that I don't like fast food and rarely eat it. We needed to stop for dinner on a drive and ended up at this Wendy's restaurant.

The food was fair and the service was nonexistent. They had kiosks to order the food.

There was a homeless guy sitting outside of the restaurant who came in frequently. Then he took a table in the restaurant for at least twenty minutes.

My suggest.
Ion is find a different place to eat.

My drive thru order while in transit at my job(meaning once I leave I can't come back for wrong orders) was jr bacon biggie bag spicy nuggets ghost pepper ranch sauce medium fries specifically asking for ketchup at the intercom and a diet coke-light ice. What I received you ask? I got a huge gob of mayo on the sandwhich which would consist of extra extra extra³ mayo, regular ranch sauce, full flavor coke with extra ice no ketchup pretty whack. Wendys usually gets something wrong every time I order, but not literally the whole entire order. The drive thru was empty the parking lot a ghost town at 12:05pm

I wish I could give this location zero stars. I’ve had multiple bad experiences with this location and yesterday was the final straw. This location has some of the most disrespectful employees I have ever come across. They are rude, and lazy to be honest. Any time there is an issue they act like you are inconveniencing them instead of trying to find a solution for the customer. Instead they say things like I’m going to go home and walk away. Even the manager yesterday was pitiful. This location needs shut down or completely new employees. Regardless, it’s the last time I’ll visit.

We stood at the front register for 15 minutes as the only people waiting to place our order and none of the staff acknowledged us as they passed by the front. We finally gave up and left for the Cookout up the road. If I was the GM or the owner I would conduct some spot checks to see what is going on.
