So pricey for an elevated subway. Its just a sub, nothing special. The avacodo was brown. The fries were such a disappointment, same ones can be made at home for a fraction of the costs and soggy. The drink machine kept messing up.

Have visited this establishment three times in the past three months and every time it’s been a 10/10. The food — sandwiches and fries — are fantastic, hot, always made to order correctly, the staff are so polite and the place is clean. No notes. Definitely will return!

Really great! I don't usually eat here but there are TONS of options, just write it on the bag and off you go. I had a gyro sandwich that was very good, and there is lots of seating inside.

We were overcharged for our sandwich. Posted price (see pic) was $17.75. We were charged $22.75 (see pic) . How many people choose not to get the receipt and are being robbed by their dishonesty? A positive star reflection for the service, as the young men at the counter were willing to refund us when they were unable to ring us up at the advertised price. Our sandwich, although free, was not made with the ingredients we had requested, leaving us with a bland and dry sandwich. The music was far too loud for a crowded space and for individuals like myself who have auditory sensory difficulties. Overall a negative experience from a couple who traveled in from Richmond specifically for Which Wich since they have left the Richmond market.

Not happy with the service. I had barely any meat on the sandwich in which I get the wicked minus the pepperoni but wanted add extra ham. When I complained about the sandwich I was told that's how it is and was laughed at when I walked away unsatisfied. They acted like they didn't care what I said. It will be the last time I visit this store.

Fire time here . Place is clean , convenient location , the service is on point and friendly and the ordering process is easy! My son really liked the French dip and my Italian grinder was toasted perfectly and full of flavor . Would come back and most definitely recommend!

Traveling through the area. First time here. Wish we had one of these back home. Excellent sandwiches. Love the way you get to customize it quick and easy by checking some boxes. Friendly staff. Great place
