We were absolutely thrilled with the catering provided by Williamsburg Concessions & Catering at our wedding! From the moment we began planning, we experienced nothing short of incredible professionalism, Caring Ownership and Spot on Management who were attentive to every detail. The food was not only delicious but beautifully presented, impressing all our guests and to this day get noted compliments on the reminiscing impact of the culinary execution. They seamlessly accommodated dietary restrictions and special requests, ensuring everyone felt included and satisfied. The service was impeccable, with staff who were courteous and efficient throughout the event. Williamsburg Concessions & Catering truly elevated our wedding day, and we couldn't recommend them more highly!

We hired WCC for our August wedding and had some crazy summer thunderstorms roll through...the power even went out briefly at the venue before the back up generator kicked in :) The staff was very professional and handled the interruptions gracefully. The food was AMAZING and presentation of the buffet was beautiful!

I planned, all from Chicago, a welcome reception for 175 people for the night before my son’s wedding. Over the phone I explained my concept - beer snd wine, appetizers and finger foods, enough so guests had sufficient food for dinner. I wanted the guests to mingle so I mainly had lots of chairs snd a few tables. They worked within my concept, suggested food, had some on tables and some passed. Food was delicious, more than enough, and guests repeatedly told me so. The caterers were on time, organized, saved some food in the kitchen for my allergic son, arranged for table covers, cleaned up well. I was a guest at my own party and delighted with the outcome. 5 stars.

Well my boss said we could have gotten Walmart trays that had better ingredients and looked better. Presentation was terrible. Scarce food for what we paid. Not happy at all. Won’t use again

Wow! We used Williamsburg Concessions & Catering for our 100 person wedding and were so impressed! If you’re thinking about it we’d highly recommend it! Throughout the planning process Jessica and Juana were so easy to work with. They were prompt and happy to answer any questions I had/make any modifications I requested. Then the day of the event came. I had an unfortunate wedding planner situation and they were willing to step up for anything that was needed and advocate for me with the planner. They did everything they said they would and more. They were willing to do things that were not their job to help make the day a success. Throughout the night they made sure we had food when we were too busy talking, made sure we always had a full drink of whatever we were drinking, and made sure everything went smoothly all night. However, not only was the service phenomenal but so was the food! I’ve definitely been to weddings with good food and with bad food. We did their barbecue option, serving chicken and pork barbecue, Mac and cheese, cornbread, and the salad. Friends were raving about it (we agree) and several asked if it was a well known BBQ spot in Williamsburg. In addition to the BBQ, we had Brie bites and pretzel bites. All this to say I highly recommend them. When we have catering needs in the future we will 100% use them.

We used Williamsburg Concessions and Catering for my sisters wedding 12/5/2022! They were very communicative throughout the process, accommodated all of our menu requests and had very reasonable prices. They showed up on time and provided everything as we asked!

Hiring Williamsburg Concessions & Catering was the best choice I made in my entire wedding (after my husband, of course!) Jauna and Jessica were experts and I trusted them every step of the way. They have calm, professional demeanors that made me feel completely at ease.

Preparing food for 150+ people is no easy feat. Not only did they make plenty for everyone, it was delicious and we received rave reviews from our guests. I wholeheartedly recommend their services for any event.

We had our Thanksgiving meal from here and it was just perfect. Everything was delicious from the moist and tender turkey, the “just as we like it” dressing, soft and fluffy mashed potatoes, well seasoned green beans, thick and smooth gravy and crusty outside and soft inside rolls. This was delivered to us as requested and packaged well. Very easy to reheat. We highly recommend this company!

They catered our daughter's wedding. They were fantastic. Professional, friendly, and they know their craft. The food was delicious and beautifully presented.

Cassie and Allison are wonderful to work with and really made for a perfect Surprise Birthday party. Would highly recommend and will use them again for any future events in Williamsburg. Guests loved the food, decorations, and bar service!

This review is long overdue - Cassie and her team at Williamsburg Concessions & Catering catered my wedding and they did an outstanding job. Cassie and Alison were always available by phone or email- they made the process extremely easy. The food was incredible!! The menu options were amazing. My husband and I both liked so many different things that it was so hard to choose! They accommodated us in every way. She is an EXECELLENT caterer/chef. I shopped around for months trying to find a catering company that was competitively priced with amazing food options. Her services are worth every penny. If I could do it again - I'd choose them all over again. I would HIGHLY recommend Williamsburg Concessions & Catering to anyone getting married in the Williamsburg/Richmond/Hampton Roads area.
