Used to be a great place for local music but took a real shift south in recent years. Service and treatment became based on who you were and weren’t in with. Bartenders shouldn’t give you a disapproving look saying “it’s expensive” when you order a pricey drink. Door people shouldn’t be yelling at people and getting temperamental with people because they don’t chug their drinks half an hour before closing. Never experienced this with any other bar in town and they’re all still standing....

We ordered delivery from this place a few nights ago, using Postmates. It was our first experience with them, and I'm happy to say, we'll order again. The ONLY reason for giving them4 stars instead of 5, is the online menu. No photos of the food, and some of the descriptions could be rewritten, so the customer knows exactly what they're getting. As a rather large family, it's often difficult to find a place that has something for everyone. 147 did. From the picky eater, who only wants grilled cheese, to our seafood lover who ordered the crab cake. The food was exactly what we were looking for that evening. And, the kids all agreed, (which never happens) that the fries here are the best in the area. I'd have to agree with them. All in all, we had a wonderful experience, and will definitely frequent this establishment.

It’s a neat little place, but the bartender is far from friendly. You’d think they’d want business, rather than a greeting at 8:45pm of “you can have one and one only”. Sadly, we wanted a snack to go and not a beverage.

Visiting the area, my husband and I went here for dinner after our other choices were closed. The food was decent, although the atmosphere is bar-y of course-its a bar. (I did order a well done burger and it was more medium and my husband got a steak that was good! .) They have the one pool table in the back and it was fun playing. Not bad prices for food and drinks and the service was good. It was fun playing DJ on their machine.
