A couple days ago was waiting for my food. A who I would assume was the owner completely was disrespeful a cruel an rude to his employees. The one that is always there with a smile an is always so pleasant. The way he yelled at her a talked to her in front of customers was completely inappropriate!!! An on top of that he threw something at her I’m not sure what it was but it bounced off her a fell on the floor a the counter area. You could see the embarrassment in her face as she tried to walk away. When I left after getting my food she was sitting outside an he followed her out side and looked like he was yelling at her at that point to.! I took a video of the whole thing. My man was was way out of line.!! I hope he gets his carma an he apologizes! If he did that to her I can only imagine anyone else that he comes in contact with l!! I hope she quit! I’ve been coming here for atleast 15 years and she has been there for a good amount an is always there!!! I will share the video!!

The pizza is top level. And our waitress, Joselyn, recognizes us from year to year. This place is a wonderful stop on a journey.

We tried 3.14 Pizza for the first time while on vacation. It was delicious. The pizza is New York style. The service was lovely. Joselyn was so bubbly and professional. The refills were prompt and the food came to the table hot and ready in minutes. We will definitely be eating here again.

I left a $10 tip then. They charged me an automatic 20percent tip and said it’s for the restaurant. I usually dnt leave reviews but the way they did it was sneaky. Handed me a break down ticket with the regular price and I hand them my card and they charge another 20percent. When I ask why they say it’s for the restaurant. Nvr again

Placed a delivery order this afternoon, was told 45-55 minutes for delivery. Ok that’s fine, call back 1 hour 5 minutes later to question my order was told driver was in accident that another driver had the order and was on the way. 30 minutes later order arrived. Steak and cheese sub was soggy, chicken Parmesan was cold and nasty. ?. Very disappointed with the food. I’ve ordered from them before but this will be my last time!!! I called cashier got snappy so I hung up!! NOT a good way to treat your customers!!!!!

Have been ordering here for awhile. Just ordered earlier tonight (October 7th at 6:30pm) with an order total of over $90 after taxes and tip. Was missing a sandwich and at the time I also thought we were missing a personal pizza. Called to let them know and the first woman I talked to was amazing and polite and said they would fix it for us no problem. Then got a call back from a different woman to confirm what was missing. We were missing a chicken, bacon, ranch sub and the pizza that we thought was still missing. After confirming what was missing I was hung up on. Then I received a call about 20 minutes later stating that there was "Nothing they could do." I then stated I wanted a refund for the sandwich and was told no. The woman, who was the same from the second call, told me that the driver had dropped off all the boxes. I do NOT blame the driver at all for this, they did their job. The restaurant failed to give us the food we ordered which was over $10 and treated me as if I was a liar. This is not good customer service. I have worked in customer service for over 5 years and never once would it have crossed my mind to hang up on a customer on one call and then offer absolutely no solutions on another. My family and I have been going here for awhile and we have decided we will not be coming back. I will say that we did end up finding the pizza, it hadn't been seen when we had originally grabbed the food, but that sub was never found. Fries were also cold and not seasoned well and didn't even taste like they had been fried.

Ordered 1 large supreme meat without sausage for pickup, they said 10-15 minutes. Showed up 20 min later (gave them an extra 5) and when I asked for my order from the woman working upfront she went to the kitchen and I could hear there was some sort of deliberation in the back. They made mine with sausage and had to remake it ok no problem mistakes happen. Wait an additional 10 minutes get my pizza tip $5 ( on my $25 pick up order) take it home just to find a sloppy looking mess and half my pizza wasn’t cut. When I called and spoke with the same women no apology was given but she did offer to make it again. I understand that it was fresh out of the oven and that contributed to the messy look but why not have me wait just a few more minutes for it to settle? If you’ve already made me wait for what I ordered to be made right why not add the extra 5 to ensure quality? It tasted good btw which is why I gave more than a 1 star. Food is good, customer service not so much
