We came in 20 mins late for brave new world but some employee refused to sell tickets cause the movie has started, never had this problem before, this also
Makes no sense as you get money out of someone who is getting less value and they missed the movie like WTH?

Since when was it too late to purchase tickets? Was running 15 mins behind the movie which starts at 7:45 which even I know first 10 mins are previews, got to the counter at 7:57 Dude at the counter said sorry too late to buy tickets for that movie, i don’t care if I’m late I’m watching the movie not you. Yea AMC here I come.

Overall, every time we go to the Alamo, our experience has been great. Our experience was good today, except for the lady who worked at the front counter who sold the tickets. I don’t want to say names, but she was the lady who worked on Tuesday march 4th from the time of 1-4pm. When my aunt and grandmother walked up to the front counter to pick up tickets, she was very rude and was more interested in sitting on her phone rather than helping them. I step in to help as she was no help and make rude remarks. She also immediately went on her phone as soon as I stepped in to help them. Other than that, our experience was great.

The staff were all great, as well the food and drinks. Service and quality were well above standard. The building is starting to show some age, and it may be bearing time for an interior refresh.

The apocalypse is truly upon us, what an absolutely terrible day to let everyone know that the alamo no longer does boneless wings. Absolutely terrible.

Would like to see a more Traditional menu.

Great food and good experience overall. However, don't order the fish and chips unless you like it cold and undercooked.

Horrible experience the server were extremely slow and took 40mins for food and drinks. They only came one other time throughout the movie to take orders. Ontop of that they double charged my debit card and refuse to answer the phones. The seats are uncomfortable. I do not recommend this place at all to anyone

It's not what I expected the food was cold when I got it and the staff was rude

It was ok. Son loved it. He thought I should go to concession due to timeframe for service. We were last served so took about 15 minutes to put in our order. Also no drink refill offered until 1hr 20min into the movie. So I ended up giving my son my drink and was thirsty lol. Anything for the kids though and kids will love the atmosphere.
