Alamo Drafthouse Cinema Winchester

Excellent.

I love Alamo Drafthouse but this one needs some much needed renovations/ upgrades. First all the Alamo I have visited you have your own individual table. This one has one long table. This makes it difficult to get to and leave your seat. Also they don't have a mechanism for the waiters to know you want to order so they are constantly walking by asking if you need anything. Lastly seats are VERY Old, leather is torn and cracked and they don't recline. I did see a BIG SHOW option so you don't get to see movies in the most immersive and amazing screening. I think they should renovate one theater at a time until they all have the call button with individual tables and the ability to recline.

I absolutely adore the alamo! Great movie selection, amazing staff, and very tasty food!

This place is just okay. The food isn't great. Ive had several things so far and have been disappointed each time. Its nice that they offer the in seat service but it just isn't worth it. It can also be very inconsistent with how attentive they are. Seat is comfortable enough and screen/sound is good.

A very comfortable atmosphere to enjoy a great movie with dinner and drinks.

I pay for the Season Pass and definitely get my money's worth.

I recently went to The Alamo for a red carpet premiere for a film im in called DAYS OF SODOM (The Crow) A Beautiful venue to screen films!! The place is very up to date with state of the art sound and picture. I really liked the lobby area where our step and repeat was set up, the food and drink at the bar was just perfect. Im type1 diabetic and my levels were getting low, the kind bartender she placed my order for a double burger and fries, club soda immediately and got it to me within maybe 10 minutes. She was a lifesaver 🔥😁 i dont know if they had any theatres bigger than the one we had but this one held maybe shy of 200. Im use to much bigger theatres in LA for premieres but this premiere was fabulous and we couldn't of asked for a better place. Highly recommended. 5 out of 5 stars.

My wife and I were visiting our daughter in Virginia. We had never been to a Alamo theater. We all enjoyed the experience. The food, shakes and adult beverages were also very good. The aisles are wide with plenty of leg room, seats are roomy. A very relaxing two hours. I'll definitely go to this theater again.

Back to the Alamo yet again. Good time watching Sing 2 just a very funny movie with a great sound track of music. We had the theatre to ourselves which is a novelty. Looking forward to many more good times at the Alamo.

Went to the Alamo watched the Phone 2. I ordered mozzarella sticks they changed their marianra sauce it was a let down and I didn't real care for the taste the old mariana sauce was much better, may not order mozzarella sticks again. I enjoyed the movie ties into the first one. A few of the sequences reminded me of a Nightmare on Elm Street. They were not to busy service was good as usual.

The only negative is like so many theaters if you want to cancel within 60 minutes of the show they keep your money. It's a great place though.

Would have been better if building alarms weren't going off in the middle of a movie. Also they need to grease or oil the seats so they didn't squeak every time someone moves/adjusts it's super distracting when the theatre is full. Also last time I went we were the first ones to sit down, and didn't get service even with our paper up immediately, until the theatre was full and everyone around us already had food in front of them. To top it off I ended up going to the bar to grab a drink due to the delay and paid right there. Then the staff tried to charge me again for a drink I already paid for. Do better!

The theater is clean, doesn't feel like a mold infested cave like the other theater in Winchester. Staff and servers are excellent. Food is not bad. Lots of alcohol available. Seats are comfortable. the app works nearly all of the time

Great place to watch movies- QUIET, kid limited, bring snacks/drinks/light meals to where you are seated

Movie theater is well clean and maintained. the staff are amazing
