Alamo Drafthouse Cinema Winchester

Would have been better if building alarms weren't going off in the middle of a movie. Also they need to grease or oil the seats so they didn't squeak every time someone moves/adjusts it's super distracting when the theatre is full. Also last time I went we were the first ones to sit down, and didn't get service even with our paper up immediately, until the theatre was full and everyone around us already had food in front of them. To top it off I ended up going to the bar to grab a drink due to the delay and paid right there. Then the staff tried to charge me again for a drink I already paid for. Do better!

The theater is clean, doesn't feel like a mold infested cave like the other theater in Winchester. Staff and servers are excellent. Food is not bad. Lots of alcohol available. Seats are comfortable. the app works nearly all of the time

Great place to watch movies- QUIET, kid limited, bring snacks/drinks/light meals to where you are seated

I went this morning because my truck was being serviced. I arrived around 9:15 and was told the Naked Gun Movie started at 10:00 what warned my heart was that 10AM showing was for people in independent care. How cool is that? They were having a blast and I was too. Thank you Alamo Drafthouse for having a attentive team that early in the morning. Oh by the the food was good the service great. All in all a great way to wait out your car repair.

Bathroom was beyond needing a simple wipe down, it needed a serious scrub….Photos are not as reflective as in person condition. Sink was coated with a layer of “dirt film” similar to what you would see in a outdoor bathroom at a truck stop with mold present in the sink and serious mold and gross stuff growing in the toilet. This was the family bathroom, btw. Was not happy with the food service….all waters had about 3-5 small cubes of ice that melted in about 3 minutes and were basically served with room temperature tap water, 4 people out of our party of 6 were served their food in a reasonable time but 2 of our kids had to wait until everyone else had finished eating (about 50 mins after everyone else had received their food and 2 requests for our complete order) before we received their fried tender and fry orders….ordered churros with extra seasoning (was charged extra for extra seasoning) and received basically plain popcorn with churros on top….no butter, no salt, no maple, no vanilla….plain popcorn with churro bites on top….ended up being double charged for an extra order of food that was not ordered….had to wait extended periods of time before order cards were picked up let alone filled. Overall very dissatisfied with the service provided and the amenities. Alamo used to not be like this! Giving a 2 star instead of a 1 star because by the time the movie was close to being over we did get all correct food and the bill did get corrected.

Update: after we got home and looked at our chicken tenders that tasted a little funny this is what they looked like in the light (couldn’t tell in the dark theatre)….looks like they had been cooked in super old oil and had other old food particles burnt in them.

Amazing fun spot. They serve you food well you watch!

This threatre NEEDS a major remodel! The seats are creaky & uncomfortable BUT the service & food are great! Please consider updating this location.

The food and drinks here are incredibly well made. The pizza is better than any other place I've had in a long while. The mushroom pizza with jalapenos is amazing. As far as I can tell (not a drinker) the drinks are made awesomely as well. If they took warehouse cinemas seats and put them in here the place would be perfect. Friendly staff each time I've been here as well.

The movie was good but at what cost i have severe food poisoning from there chicken sandwich there food is absolutely terrible nd made my stomach hurt from last night all the way til the next day i think js stick to popcorn nd candy frl cs ts not it

Seats worn out cracked, no padding left.
Men's restroom smells so bad you can't stand to walk by in the hall.
Much less go inside.
Even for a theater, prices are ridiculously high.
Not the same standards when it opened.

Wonderful customer service. Great staff and manager. Very accommodating. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Nice atmosphere. Love the tables. Wish the chairs were a little more comfortable. Best popcorn/soda deal (free refills and the bowl is HUGE)

Great fun doing their big screen experience along with good food and service.

We came in 20 mins late for brave new world but some employee refused to sell tickets cause the movie has started, never had this problem before, this also
Makes no sense as you get money out of someone who is getting less value and they missed the movie like WTH?
